  You are right. There will no longer be a separation from man and God. I never said the earth would not be used or dwelt in. I was arguing his point that "NO ONE" goes to heaven.

  When Jesus was transfigured and spoke with Moses and Elijah, where did THEY come from? Elijah was taken to heaven. Obviously Moses was there as well.

  Jesus parable of the rich man shows that Lazarus died and went to heaven.

  sobrino1, honestly, I haven't read your POV on the not going to heaven thing, so sorry. I've had too much wine to think on anything past when I'm having another glass....

  LOL Brotherdan...I wasn't disagreeing with you. I was saying that I think you are both right. Obviously heaven is a concept/place that permeates scripture. I think Christians go there after they die. I think at "the end" we will then dwell in the new earth.

  Not surprising since "kingdom OF heaven" means "kingdom IN heaven" to you....

  I was agreeing with you too! I was just saying that the scriptures don't support the blanket statement of sobrino that no one goes to heaven.
