...Well all of those statements attributed to 'Jesus' are the things that make any Jew or a student of Judaism realize that this person didn't really understand Judaism.

I really have to wonder what makes you so sure that your brand of "Judaism" is "The Way" I don't think YOU understand Judaism.

So please don't feel sorry for me. I haven't judged anyone. I repeated scripture. The difference between what I believed as a JW and what I believe now is that I follow Jesus Christ now, not a group of humans.

    Bullsh*t!

Paul said we are supposed to model our life after Jesus. Jesus said don't judge others.... and yet Jesus judged others.

Sound like a contradiction? It's not because Jesus was in a position to judge we AREN'T. You gotta use common sense man! Should you go over turning tables in churches because Jesus did? NO! You're NOT Jesus.

You know what you should do with your Bible, KEEP IT TO YOURSELF.

Because that's who it's FOR, the individual. It's NOT supposed to be used by the individual to pass judgement on others!

Read your Bible, follow it and shut up about what others "should" be doing.

Everyone has the damn book too, we don't need someone to read it for us and tell us what it says.

If we don't read it then that's between us and our creator.

Christ will NOT turn his back on a person who does good, lives well, loves others, a person that follows the WAY of Christ even if tha person doesn;t follow Christ per say. Christ KNOWS why some do not believe, Christ KNOWS why some cna't beleive and that is why ONLY HE and Our Father can judge them.

    Well said Sac.

Are you behaving this way towards your wife? I hope not. Personally, I think if one truly found Christ then one truly found peace. I just hope your new found beliefs are rubbing salt in the wound of your marraige.

I hope his family situation is doing better. If he is acting anyway towards his wife with his new beliefs as he is here, then that could cause some problems. It's one thing to tell a JW wife you have doubts about the organization and don't want to attend meetings anymore, then it's an entirely different thing to immediately tell her you believe in the Trinity, Hellfire, etc. I would think you would have to give her time to get use to leaving the JW's first and then ease her into what your new beliefs are. Just sayin' he can go from being nice to angry pretty quick, so might stll be having marital problems. Needs to be more tolerant of the atheists here that befriended him. No real absolute on what truth is, but I did sense some atheists showing him genuine love & concern.
