I have to say, PSac, Tec and to a degree, Sab (you only to a degree because you are spiritual, not Christian) are my favorite types of Christians. Loves you guys.
I want to use the beer mug pic but it's not in the smiley's!
Thanks NVL.

Psac.... major props to you. If anything you are a good example of what being Christ like should be.
PSac is. He offered to go to a strip clup with me. Jesus loved the boobs.
Thanks Sab, I might put on the ipod, listen to some black label society and throw down a beer while cleaning up later.
Bullsh*t!
Paul said we are supposed to model our life after Jesus. Jesus said don't judge others.... and yet Jesus judged others.
Sound like a contradiction? It's not because Jesus was in a position to judge we AREN'T. You gotta use common sense man! Should you go over turning tables in churches because Jesus did? NO! You're NOT Jesus.
You know what you should do with your Bible, KEEP IT TO YOURSELF.
Because that's who it's FOR, the individual. It's NOT supposed to be used by the individual to pass judgement on others!
Read your Bible, follow it and shut up about what others "should" be doing.

Sab dude, this is the post of the week!
Personally, maybe I believe in an immanent God who's spirit flows through all things but as my belief is based on personal experience and intuition I have absolutely no testable evidence of his existence (which is certainly no less evidence than there is for anyone else's god). Therefore, in such a case I would have absolutely no wish to share my views with anyone in a conversion attempt and even less of a desire to convince anyone else that my beliefs on the topic are somehow true or correct and that theirs are wrong.
It is important to be rational enough to accept that one's belief in God is purely subjective and rather than being "the truth" it is more likely the most convenient metaphor for explaining to oneself what would otherwise be unexplainable.
Someday perhaps science will discover a "force" flowing through all things and trace it back to the origin of all things and learn how to consciously communicate with it. Until then, it is a matter of faith. Someday, too, perhaps science will discover something completely different about origins and universal consciousness and I would be proved wrong. That's cool, too.
Fear of being wrong is paralyzing and polarizing. Better to remain open to new experiences and new revelations (or new explanations for old experiences and revelations). Once one understands beliefs, why they exist in the mind and how they function, one never believes the same way again.
Thanks Sab, I might put on the ipod, listen to some black label society and throw down a beer while cleaning up later.
I don't drink very often, but this is my favorite beer when I do:

Mad Sweeney, I love that kind of attitude. It's conducive to a long healthy life full of good, lasting friends.
It's such a relief to know that you don't have to fuse yourself to any single ideaology. We are still searching as a SPECIES!
Sometimes it just pops into my head that when I look into the mirror I can't proove what I ACTUALLY AM, no one can. Some feel they can, but everytime someone steps up with a solid answer to that Question they are shot down.
I find it wholy empowering that we don't know who or what we are.
Let's get diggin!
