Well, I know many religions that adovcate chanting and chant like prayers, never really been my thing.
I don't like saying anythign more than once, LOL !

I think it was in the book "Wings of Illusion" by J.F. Schumaker which I came across 5 years ago. He mentions those who considered themselves in union with a higher power,
encounter a 'runners high' more often than who don't,........believe in a higher power or run.
