If he loses Pennsylvania, he will lose Ohio, and many other states besides.

I don't believe this. Ohio has had republican policy shoved down their throats in the great republican overreach, and they are pushing back. I think Ohio more closely associates with Wisconsin. Even red states are bristling at the republican overreach. I cannot believe that Mississippi voted down a personhood bill--and it means people are still thinking.

Newt has a long and colorful history. He should be easy to beat. Romney excites noone. Newt spews lots of ideas, but generally when he throws out a good and balanced one, he immediately tries to distance himself from it.

Newchapter...Florida is definitely going GOP...and I suspect Ohio too. If PA is at risk, OH is even more so. OH went for Bush twice, while PA went for the Gore/Kerry. I'll bookmark this for next year.

That's the thing. The enthusiasm to vote is all on the GOP side. Hope and change is gone. Anyone still excited about Obama? 2008/early 2009 was cult-like in terms of excitement. If Obama cared about his party, he'd announce he isn't running and the Democrats would have a good chance with someone like Hillary...but he is too much of a narcissist for that.

My personal opinion is that the Republicans and Democrats have lackluster candidates. It is very sad that none of them excites me in helping to solve the U.S. problems. Again, my vote is to find the least worst candidate.

In the Media vetting process, which now must focus on Newt and Mitt, Mitt will need to explain why he and his staff stripped government computers of emails and took hardrives and in some cases replaced computers costing the state $97,000.00. Mitt's tenure at Bain Capital will give him enough fits but what was he so desperate to hide as governor.

I see either Mitt being the nominee and losing to Obama or Newt as President.
