Why do so many people spend time setting up sites purely to discredit the witnesses? I mean if you werent bothered about their beliefs etc and it didnt bug you I guess you d just let it pass you by. Why do so many people spend so many hours on line running them down. ? Have you ever looked at the stats.? THEYRE GROWING DAY BY DAY !!! The anti JW work is clearly not working... the witnesses have grown steadily year on year till just over 7.6 million. Why should such an organisation be growing when the majority of the planet is set against them.? They must have something going for them .huh ? Maybe its because theyre able to make adjustments, theyre malleable they will change to meet the Bibles needs. They re MEEK .. humble. remember The MEEK will inherit the EARTH

Keep it up, bring on the hatred !! The more it hurts the more they know its meant to! The hatred is one of the sure fire identification marks of Gods people on earth today. So the more abuse you give them the stronger they grow. Jesus gave signs and pointers as to who his people were " in the last days"

1. peaceful ones , would not be involved in war.

2. Were to Preach the " good news of the Kingdom"and "seek first the kingdom"

3. "You will be Objects of hatred"

Very few people in Christendom do not in some way or other support War. Except for consciencous objectors all Christendom are blood guilty.

Who else knows, or even "cares", or is preaching what the Kingdom of God is? These 3 ID marks prove that the witnesses certainly have an edge that no others can imitate. Preaching the Kingdom message was paramount for the true Christian to do ,it was a command from Jesus for ALL of his followers to copy. Only the witnesses are doing this!!. The 3rd ID mark is pretty obvious witnesses are certainly hated for their door to door ministry.

These are just 3 ID marks there are others.

Christians who were really hated and persecuted were ripped apart by lions, used as human torches to light the appian way or sawn usunder and many other ways. Many Christians have suffered similar over the centuries.

What they believe..

If they make a few converts in a 3rd world country so what?..

Lots of other religions don't go to war (including many Conscientious Objectors within many others). JWs have only had real success with preaching work in countries where Christianity already was, in non christian countries they've had little success (maybe Japan as an exception).

Read Luke 21:8.... Many translations say 'The Time is at Hand'... the WTS printed a book called 'The Time is at Hand'... and what are they ALWAYS saying? Every assembly I've ever been to.. doesn't that make you think?

It would also fit my theory (it is a theory) that 1 Thessalonians 5:3 describes the Jehovah's Witnesses NOT the Nations.

While they are saying, "Peace and safety!" then destruction will come upon them suddenly like labor pains upon a woman with child, and they will not escape.

But what it means (another theory) is "sudden" means unexpected, unaware. They are unaware that it is them who CAUSE destruction, just as feet CAUSE a stumbling.

It's just a theory, an opinion. But I think it is enough for imputing reasonable doubt that Jehovah's Witnesses are authentic peace loving people. I believe they are all about violence, but they don't know it.

They are not "seeking first THE KINGDOM". They are seeking first THEIR kingdom.

What is THE KINGDOM?

6 For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us;
And the government will rest on His shoulders;
And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,

Most posters on JWN can see that the Society takes people AWAY from seeking the True Kingdom Isaiah 9:6 (see above)
