Not in the least. Perhaps you should read again with the blinders off. I simply asked questions and got insulted for not accepting non-answers. If you don't like that I correctly called out the BS slung my way, that's really only a problem for you and the people slinging the BS when they can't answer questions and try to avoid it.
Entirely Possible, it's the WT who claim they follow a model. Churches don't claim that. Besides, Jesus and his apostles had to pay their expenses, too. You think people didn't help them financially? They did help them. But you have to remember that Jesus and his apostles didn't stay put in one place or church or synagogue. They moved around and were graciously invited to stay and eat at the homes of believers. They most definitely were supported by the flock. Very different from staying in one building, taking care of one congregation. Jesus was Jewish and faithful Jews paid tythes to support the Temple and priests. It's not like you care whether clergy is paid. You're arguing just to be here arguing.

OK, so Jesus and apostle were itenerant. I knew that. Stating that, however, in no way answers the question. Why should someone get paid a salary to preach when Jesus AND the apostles said it should be free? You are studiously avoiding asnswering that very specific question. You talk about a congregation.. OK, doesn't answer the question. You sling about WT accusations, fine, BS though it may be, still doesn't answer the question. You talk about my motives...irrelevant, doesn't answer the question.
I'll restate the question so maybe it makes more sense. What value does a preacher, a person that knows nothing anyone else doesn't know with a little research, that is often no more qualified (and in many cases less qualified) than people in his congregation to talk about the Bible knowledgably, someone that is often dispensing nothing more than his opinion.... what does this guy do to deserve a salary specifically when the tenents of the faith he professes to espouse specifically says to NOT do that? Why does that guy think that he knows better than the son of god and should go directly against him and NOT give freely, but for a paycheck?

Sorry schoolmarm, this is s a thread about a church that didn't ask for money. You clearly didn't read the OP and are trying to exert your non-existent power in a thread that is exactly about the thing you don't want to talk about.
Look, if you can't answer, that's fine, just don't reply back. If you do, don't for a second think I won't call out yet another non-answer like the one you gave above where you tried to pretend you knew something about me or could call BS on anything. You were wrong, then wronger, then just silly.
So, answer the question and, if you can't, well, keep talking or don't. I really don't care, but I also won't stop asking the question.

Why, do you like to be leaked on or are you simply speaking from experience? If the former, I suggest craigslist. If the latter, hospice and a nurse.
A nurse sounds nice, but not for that kind of leakage. What do you prefer? There are always depends.
