Ok well my point about science not being able to explain science is just that. Science describes laws not what causes those laws to put it in simple terms.

Ahh - I see what you are saying. However, your premise that laws have to be expalined is fundamentally flawed since a scientific law is a description of an observation.
Theories are what are developed to explain the observation. The scientific method is all about refining theories by testing them against observation.
