    @designs:

    Women in the private professional sectors earning 30% less than a man doing equal work...

    False. If this were really true, you would see businesses firing men left and right to hire women in order to realize a 30% savings on their highest expense - mainly wages. It is this type of ridiculous talk that feeds the issues in this thread. For some reason you can't see past social issues as the causes of everything. Everything stems from social injustice. Why can't you see other causes? In the case of this thread, for you MB was shot because he was black. In the case of women, well they are paid less because they are women. In reality, MB was shot because he attacked a police officer. And women are paid less because they leave the work force to take care of a family, or choose to go into a differing fields than men. Pay no attention that when you factor out life variables, women often get paid more.

    The condescending attitude coupled with myopic arrogance is astonishing.

    Maybe if you played less Frisbee and did more reading the above condition would change....

    People who refuse to look at the Frisbee will never catch it. They don't want to catch it. They pretend there is no frisbee.

    True. I thought the Crusoe/Friday thing might have helped, oh well.

    If many think this was just a young man that looked like a Mad Demon rushing a cop and getting killed then its all that will ever be seen.

    1000s are out in front of the US Embassy in London protesting.

    LisaBObeesa - you're quite right.

    However, your statement doesn't just apply to nasty white bigots like me or ADCMS, it also applies to the moronic f**ktards 'protesting' in Ferguson and elsewhere. Hopefully one they too will spot the frisbee and make an effort to catch it.

    But I'm not holding my breath ...

    Sorry to break the news but this was precisely an idiot rushing a cop and getting killed. Period. It cannot be about anything else because that is not how justice works.

    Trying to take an individual case and investigation and turning it into some sort of equaliser for other injustices IS NOT JUSTICE and never will be. It is judging someone based on the 'group' they belong to and not what they as an individual do. Sorry, I thought that was wrong?

    The black community seems to be taking anyone who says "the cop should not be indicted" is saying "black people never experience racism or injustice". If you can't separate those two things then I'm sorry, you've been hit in the head with your frisbee too many times. Learn to listen to what people are actually talking about and make sure you're talking about the same thing.

    Officer wilson committed no crime and should not have been indicted. Justice was done. End of discussion for this case.

    Now, if there is grievance about other issues then campaign about those - put forth proposals, encourage people to vote, try to win the argument. But calling for someone to be indicted and claiming that it's proof of injustice if they are not when the evidence is that they shouldn't be? It's just wrong.

    Some people are so fixated on the frisbee that they can't see anything else.

    France's Nicolas Sarkozy holds the same view as many Americans do- describing Africans and Caribbeans living in France as 'thugs' he vowed to turn a Fire Hose on them all.

    The French film 'La Haine' offers a glimpse of these encounters.
