Does WANTING to believe in God count? I would love to have faith like I once did.
I feel EXACTLY the same way. Many times I find myself praying to a "higher power". I would love to have faith again like I once did. But, with all the cynicism I feel, I don't know anymore. I'd love to believe in God, but he doesn't seem to have much of an interest in me.
I really dont know how to manage life with out him [god]
This is sad to me. I'm perfectly able to manage my life without Zeus, Vishnu, Allah, Jehovah, Dionysis, Jesus, etc. I think we all are, but most people just don't have enough faith in themselves.
I don't believe in any gods. But if one or more decide to make themselves known in an unambiguous way, then I would have to accept that. So far that hasn't happened.
Zeus (IHE) loves me.

Yes, I believe in God the Creator, God the Father.
I do not believe Jesus was what those who came after him claimed he was. I believe he was a man who tried to set his people free from the tyranny of man-made rules and the religious hypocrisy of his day.
I do believe though, that what was written about him had a purpose. And that, that purpose will reach fruition when mankind is ready.

There are numerous threads on the Trinity that might save you more time than debating. I mean this as a suggestion and not an insult....take care.
Personally...I don't know who Jesus is and am not sure he is who the bible says he is.

When I used to pray I NEVER felt I was being heard, just talking to myself.
I am a good person (most of the time) and try to life my life in a way that's kind and giving to myself and those around me.
I used to wear a cross, but I was only doing it out of rebellion.
