Hello Mulan,

Sorry all this came your way...............and I said the same over at JWO yesterday. So did some other posters, posters who came from here - and posters at JWO.

As 6 quoted SP...............not everyone is in agreement over at JWO. Obviously!

Will any of the forums running now be around next year? Who knows. But jw's & xjw's will still be around. And we'll most likely be fighting along the way. Has anyone ever seen it NOT that way on the net for any extended time period?

Quite a few people disagreed with the things said about you, Mulan - just isn't so, and we know it. You're a good woman - and many people recognize that fact.

The more slamming that's done on both forums....most likely, the more popular both forums will be. lol - Kent's could use some slamming, eh? I AM JOKING PEOPLE!

Anyway, we're a free people here. We can come & go as we please ..... or we're not free people, eh?

I am probably gonna get a beat-down for saying this, but I also felt the attacks on Mulan were unfounded. While I do not disagree with anyone being able to say how they feel about someone, even if it is mean, I think it is downright silly to start threads on particular people specifically for the purpose of bashing them...whatever, I just did not participate in them

I do find, however, that this "guilt by association" thing going on here, and there, are unreasonable and unfair, and sounding like "dub think" to me. I will continue to be myself in this board, and on other boards and enjoy the pro's of both, while acknowledging the con's of both. I do not find that I should be judged on just where I post and not on what I say...that is just odd. Judge me for who I am, not where I post...yeah cliche but true.

Mulan, you have never been anything but nice to me. But, as you probably know by now, since we've been here a while, I don't get involved in flame wars. I do post at JWO. But, I don't get involved in them there either. I don't like saying things about people I really don't know.

No one is judged on where they post but hell, yes, people are judged on what they post. If they post nasty, spiteful, vengeful crap then I think it says a lot about their qualities (or lack thereof) as a person.

Yes, this is what they need to do. Give up their petty games and just let people do what they want without having to putup with personal attacks all the time.

Oh purleeze. Guilty by association? I've seen nasty things been said on this board by participants on this board - does this make everyone here guilty by association too? Should Simon close the board because nasty things are said here?

I've had nasty things said to me here - even death threats recently. Does this mean that everyone here is guilty of sharing the same sentiments? I didn't have a million people come out and defend me - nor do I expect them too.

We're all grown adults here - if someone says something you don't like, or hangs around with people you don't like - deal with it. Stop taking things on the internet so darn seriously. Will this board still be here in 5 years' time? Maybe, maybe not. But our real life will still go on, and that's the main thing. Enjoy and live in the real world. Don't worry about what people who have never met you (nor ever likely to) think about you.

How can we become party to what someone else says ? Do we have to gag them incase they say things that differ with our opinions? I was accused by the WTower reps of becoming rebellious just because I interacted with someone who didnt agree with them.

Sometimes we dont have to defend our friends in these situations, it often just carries on the war and sends the topic back to the top of the page, its easier to send our friends well wishes rather than join a thread thats hurting them, esspecially if there is enough people making the defence already.

HOLYCOW! I have been elsewhere besides these forums lately so I missed it and not sure I want to look either.

I am having a hard time trying to imagine why anybody would attack you, but then again I can remember being attacked rather harshly for things that didn't even happen, except in someones imagination.

Sorry you were treated so badly. Believe me I know exactly how it feels. But the good thing is, don't feel too bad about it because it is truly stupidity on the part of others and usually has very little if anything to do with you personally.

And look you got 4 pages of people queing up to offer their support and love for whatever was said on that other site, I hope this brings you some comfort. You certainly don't seem short of friends.
