“It’s a fantasy of the future”
Is that the same thing as a “Pie in the Sky”?
That about domes the whole JW business up.

In the 1960s, the Israeli government came to the conclusion that the Arab Muslim population of Israel had a much higher birth rate than the Jewish population of Israel. To combat this problem that is Israeli government started to pay orthodox Jews to study the Torah and have as many children as possible. The hope was these huge orthodox Jewish families that a number of children would leave the faith and become secular Jews.
So fast-forward 50 odd years these orthodox Jews know make up about 20% of the population of Israel. They don’t work or pay taxes or serve in the Armed Forces.. they have also become a formidable voting block in Israeli elections, supporting these horrible right wing candidates and parties. They also choose to be deliberately provocative to the Palestinian population and choose to settle in the occupied territories and having the Israeli army, protect them.. it is a horrible problem for the nation of Israel.
I often see parallels in this problem when Jehovah’s Witnesses make these very boisterous claims not seeing if they weren’t such a small percentage of the population society would be in trouble.
Boy, the talk and text doesn't work that good.
