  I've followed most of your posts since I came on the forum..

  You seem to be at the crossroad to leaving the J.W.'s for good. You seem to have already left in your mind. From a previous topic your wife seems to have made her stand with her friends in the J.W.'s. How about yourself?

  How would you like your leaving of the J.W.'s to happen?

  What would make you feel FREE of them?

  Feel free to share your thoughts on that, if you wish,.. no pressure. I'm just really interested in how you would like to see your leaving progress so that you would no longer feel these upsets by what the J.W.'s say.

  This is not a new question. In meeting with the co such things are discussed. But all jws must be well aware that no n one just leaves meetings. There is a developement by wt definition, fiest prayer, personal study, fieldservice, finally meetings. jws know this already.and why anyone can stop attending prior something secret must have beeen going on for a while according to jww understanding. Dont know why books study cond would aks such a ques unless new bros in the study or to adrres some prob he sees.

  It sounds like you were a pretty high-profile dub minimus, so eventually push is going to come to shove. Lord knows the elders can't keep telling the cong "minimus has left the building, we don't know why, haven't talked to him. Just leave him alone, he's not hurting anyone." LOL

  It should come as no surprise that former dubs are maligned. The truth is, the dubs are so insecure in their paranoia that they have to make up stories about persons who've left "the organisation". After all, why would anyone want to leave the queue for paradise entry? If they left that question unanswered, then their hold on the remaining R&F becomes weaker.

  So anyone leaving the dubs must expect to be 'rubbished' by their former friends and associates.

  My advice is to make it your aim to make new friends, true friends.

  I've got "worldly" friends. Have had 'em for years. As far as where I'm at---I am not connected to the "truth" except by family. I don't believe it's the truth. I do not EVER wonder whether my decision is incorrect. I will not look to get df'd but if it happens in the future, so be it.

  Sounds like a real good fade would be great since you have family still in... like your mom.. Time will tell if that will be possible. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on those questions I asked.

  If you are looking to just fade, I don't suggest you string up the Christmas lights outside just yet..even though I know your lights would be brighter than the lights from the Governing Body... They really don't like people with obviously brighter lights than theirs.. (just a little humour to lighten things, min.)
