I don't see any difference do you?
Of course I see a difference. Any JW who has had any level of exposure to apostate teachings on the net is possibly already beyond the point where WT teachings alone can reclaim them. That's why I never quote from the Wt in this type of setting. The Watchtower simply says don't read apostate stuff, that if you do you are liable to experience shipwreck concerning your faith. That warning is sufficient for most Witnesses, so that they won't come near you guys. And that's good. But, for a small minority who stray off, or who are just studying, or who are simply discouraged or disaffected or stumbled, or whatever, it may require a stronger dose of medicine. That's what I stand ready to administer.
I keep in mind Proverbs 24:11-12, which in case you sold your Bible at a garage sale or something, says: "Deliver those who are being taken away to death; and those staggering to the slaughter; O may you hold them back. In case you should say: "Look! We did not know of this," will not he that is making an estimate of hearts discern it?"
In the end, when things blow up the way I have described, more or less, those who are now staggering under the burden of doubt may perhaps be snatched from the fire. / You Know
