  i am feeling a bit emotional today,,,,,, i was watching cnn today and there is a big debate going on , if they are going to do another draft like back in the vietnam war.

  Attending the "right" hall

  there always seemed to be such a big stink about making sure you went to the hall that you were assigned to.

  whatever territory that you lived in, that would be the hall assignment, whether you liked it or not.. if you chose not to go to your assigned hall, boy was there ever flack.

  you could get severely counciled for it.. just seems to be another stupid rule that they would get upset about.

  Taming of a Beast (Long post)

  taming of a beast.

  it was back in 1993, the last day of work before christmas.

  70 of us were laid off that day (after 6 months notice), and left at lunch, never to go back.

  Inner child....

  Mine was 12, and was part of the eye-opener. The "inner child" is basically the point that you stopped growing emotionally. The way we found it is for another post, most likely. Needless to say, when I found this out, I saw why I acted like a damned kid all the time.... I was one, mentally.

  Elderrepents... that was barely the story of my life... just a tiny piece of it. I went and did that survey too.... thanks, it was good.

  Just got off the phone to Dad

  my dad has no idea how to use a puter let alone get on the net.. so i rang him up just now...and told him what i've been up to...about this site and all, and how it's helped me found out a whole lot of information, usually hidden from the r&f and how some ex jw's are doing a really great job, by staying on the inside and doing what they can to provide info to expose corrupt dealings by the gb....he was flabbergasted...and i might add very impressed,,,lol isn't that cool?.

  well i told him there are spies everywhere now, and the wts is really starting to feel the affects...pity the net wasn't around years ago huh guys?

  anyway..to cut a long story short....i asked him during his time as the po in his cong.
