I was disappointed with Taylor's performance.. He didn't do well..but I still like him the best.. The best performance I thought was Chris.. He does have a great voice and could probably have a great music career...I hope Kathryn won't be in the bottom 2 again..

Hate CO Visit
by thepackage inour cong.
recently had its co visit, and i realized how fake people can be when the co is around.
elders take time off of work to go out on service during the week, ms's that want to be elders kiss butt to the co. taking the co and his wife out to lunch become a competition.

I remember the CO visits.. Sisters would sign the list to have them over for meals so they could hear all their great experiences as CO. The meeting the week before would all about everyone coming to the meetings when the CO was there so as not to miss any of the great "spiritual food (BS)" that the CO would blather on about.. and of course everyone would be out in service all week, as well as special field service arrangements for the weekend that everyone who never went out suddenly appeared.. You would think the CO was some kind of celebrity.. Guess all the DUBS want to try and make sure they have their place in the new system

"Evil Slave" or Apostate which term do you prefer used on ex-JW's?
by booker-t ini hate both terms to describe ex-jws.
i know most people say "apostate" when they refer to an ex-jw that is an opposer now but some will say "so and so" is an "evil slave" now.
evil slave sounds so "boogie man under the bed" that i just laugh when i hear the term.

Evil slave and apostate are cult terms used to keep cult members in fear of those who are free thinking of their cultlike teachings.I don't think ex-JWS are either..If anyone is apostate or the evil slave .. it is the watchtower society..If there is a god who cares.. the Watchtower society has a lot to answer for with all their twisted teachings.. They are not led by divine teachings,, I think they are the ones talked about in Revelation that ride with the Wild Beast..Their own New light will most likely expose them soon enough..( sorry -sounds sort of preachy)

My mother-in-law found out because a brother who dropped by unexpectly to see why we hadn't come to meetings saw we had a tree in our livingroom. We had just put it up and hadn't quite got around to telling my in-laws. My mother-in-law found out thru gossip in the congregation that we had a tree , didn't believe it was true and came over to see for herself.. So we told her we were disassociating and right affter that,, we officially disasociated ourselve from the JWS.

STALKED!!!
by general ini think you are all going to get a kick out of this, .
for those of you that don't know me, i have been out of the organization for almost 4.5 years but i have never been disfellowshipped nor have i disassociated myself.. last night after going out to a nice italian resturaunt with my girlfriend, father, and step-mom,( who never were part of the organization in the first place) my girlfriend and i said goodbye to them and we began the trip back to her place, which is 2.5 hours away.
before we got on the turnpike she said, "that she had to use the restroom and could i please stop off somewhere.

That's an unsettling and yet creepy experience for you..It really shows how the Borg doesn't cultivate real love for its members. They are not content to just counsel and oust you from the org for your "unacceptable" behaviour.. They want to try and ruin the new life you making for yourself by talking to your girlfriend.
Those elders are on a major power trip for sure.. Maybe they are a little envious secretly that you are enjoying a new life outside of the society,

I found it fascinating when the nurse was hooking me up for to give blood.. there were 3 different bags and how the blood is separated into different parts and she explained how the different parts of the blood were used, She said my one donation could help several people.. It was a great feeling..to be able to help in a small way.. I am going to go again in June..

The really sad part is the Dub in the letter will actually feel righteous and smug for a while thinking they are working their way into the new system.. until one day..BOOM.. they are wacked upside the head realizing they are old- sick -broke with no pension and no one to help them.. cuz the borg aint supporting them in their old age..
Use them until they wear out.. I think that is the society's motto isnt it???

I am curious though, if the JW's now allow fractions who do they expect to give blood so that they can live?
Excellent question, but that would require the org to actually give some intelligent thought to something. Its easier to spew out rules and doctrines for the mindless DUBS to follow.. Congrats on giving blood for the first time.. ITs a great feeling isnt' it..
I gave blood for the first time last month.. Then I found out that I am in the small percentage of the population ,7% to be exact, to have a blood type that is universal.. They can use it on anyone .Makes me feel kinda special..Its so nice to free of the org and be able to do the things that can actually help people instead of handing them a lame tract or mag !!!!

hmmm. "Danger Zone" so is that going to another of the endless JW "catch phrases" that every time you hear it , it makes you shudder and brings back all sorts of bad memories..Its another mindless Dub article regurgitating the same old blather we have come to expect from the society..
