my sister committed suicide this year....the cong. was supportive. i think it made many realize the seriousness of mental illness. of course, the phone calls and visits have diminished somewhat....it really pissed me off that most questions started off with "hows the bro-inlaw, hows your mom, oh by the way, how are you?" i guess everybody thought i was the strong one. well, not really. i put on a good front, but its killing me inside. i really wonder if i will see her again....actually i dont think i will, which makes it all the more sad.

no more "uhhh...well....i uhh...don't celebrate christmas"!!!...big day...
by oompa inbig business day...lots of time spent with many important contacts...really trying to keep a big account.......so must have said merry christmas...and happy holidays 30 times!....damm that feels good...i always skirted the entire issue while in....but now....even though can not celebrate bigtime...have bought three gifts for some family and friends...and two for myself...hey it's a start anyway!..........oompa.

question on atheism vs. god
by bonnzo ini am, for now a witness on the outside, and still believe in god most of the time.
i have read dawkins "the god delusion", found it pretty interesting and helped me understand why athiests believe the way they do.
but i always have questions.....one that really bothers me about deism is the thought that god has always existed and always will, had no beginning and no end.

newsweek magazine article on timeline of bible history had 587 as date of jerusalems fall....i google it and NO one but jw's taught it was 607...even if no one knew for sure(and history is proven 587 to be correct), how can you say 607 is right if there is controversy and then base your primary teaching on a controversial date? oilns ghost.........faithful and discreet slave is a PARABLE showing importance of being alert to the time of christ return and reward for those being discreet....how they ever came up with their explanation of a class, who the domestics are, and ANY connection scripturally to this slave being the "remaining number of the 144,000 at any given time on earth" is completely unknown. this along with what i mentioned above AND the 144,000 being a literal number while everything else in Revelation being figurative did it for me . i'm just playin' a game now.
