Ya tsunami take it slow man. Lol love your innocence but ya take it slow. Friends are a huge part of your life and I don't think you would want to make friends with people that can't seem to live without being at a drunken party.

I wouldn't promote being an alarmist. Might join a cult like the JWs eh.. North Korea isn't going to commit political suicide by sending over bombs. Their people are almost dead pretty much and they're just trying to have some political clout with the rest of the world. In fact, if I were to be so bold. I would say people need less god so they'll stop complaining about how bad the world is and just fix it already. This isn't directed towards anybody.

it made me think, the jws are always saying how bad things are now and that they are just getting worse.

Me personally no. The news and different other outlits just concentrate on what is bad. If they didn't people wouldn't even think things were that bad. They would notice the good things a lot more and live better lives. But of course we like the news so much.

The opposite is even worse Metatron. People were killed for these ideas back in the day. But in these days you can have whatever view you want to have, a lot of times without severe retaliation. Just don't expect it to have any credibility in a field that doesn't allow that stuff. Sheesh what if evolution was trying to rewrite the bible when evolution doesnt belong in the bible. Bet everybody would be in an uproar. (and im getting kinda tired of this personification of Evolution. It isn't a relation just a series of information and possible hypothesis'. Not reasonable to use Evolution as a base for everything you do. It's just information. Nobodies forcing anything).

When everything is given to you you feel pretty content. When everything you know and I mean everything you know is taken away from you. It's a traumatic experience. I would be so bold as to say it's close to emotional mutilation. Whenever something is set up like that that can be torn down so easily, it's not productive to society.

Im in much of the same situation as you my friend. I'm not leaving now since I don't have the adequate abilities to take care of myself. But, I would suggest when you leave, talk to them about it. And do not stop going to school under no circumstances. And really think twice about leaving. Your parents might call the police and try to search for you at your friends house. Could be a lot of consequences. But atm I'm jealous of your bravery also.

They have screwed-up ideas about forgiveness
by LongHairGal inthis was another issue i had with them.
no matter what someone did, no matter how bad and even if the person was dfd and came back some would welcome them with open arms.
it was almost as if they were being rewarded for their wrongdoing.

I believe in forgiving, SOLVING THE FREAKIN PROBLEM, then, I don't really think forgetting is healthy. I do believe in allowing them to have a new start but the person did what they did for a reason. Figure out that reason and use that to judge if that person will probably do another one of those things. But forgetting is always a good option in some cases.

The 1000 Year Stupid Doctrine

basically, everyone who cacked before armageddon is going to be resurrected, and everyone on earth is going to grow perfect during these 1000 years.
then, bastard jehovah is going to let satan loose for "a little while" to basically clean out any evil that is on the earth.. so, what's the point of paradise erf?

I've never understood all that resurrection crap. I feel a lot of other witnesses don't know either. Main reason why my mom became a witness was to see her mother come back to life. Wonder by the WTS teachings if that will be all that true. (Grandma wasnt a JW)
