Went to several churches to see if what the faithful slave said about them was true.
The slave lied.
one of the things that keeps me going is thinking about the things my family and i will be able to do once we are all out, together, and free at last.
(and we will be out together, i'm staying positive!).
i soooo look forward to christmas.

Since when has anyone known of satan returning anything he stole?
You might as well forget it.
Satan's spiritual ark is full of attorneys who know how to drag things out until you die.
it was quite interesting to see the conversationn take place.the nearly 70 year old widowed sister is raising her son's two children, one is 5 and extremely difficult as she was born hooked on drugs.
the baby is also very tiresome on an older woman to deal with daily.
the mother o fthe children is in prison.
Why would a JW want to babysit those children.
They will never make it to adulthood because Geeehover is going to have to murder them because their parents aren't JW's.
JW's don't waste their time with the walking dead.
about a year ago i had an exchange of emails with an elder of a congregation where all my jw relatives attend.
i asked him all kinds of questions regarding blood, 607, shunning, evolution, higher education.
as anticipated, he either had no answer or provided an evasive one.
If you believe that the bible is God's inspired word, the subject of hell is a difficult pill to swallow.
Why would a loving, kind God send people to hell?
He doesn't. Scripture shows that anyone who suffers God's wrath does so for a reason:
John 3:35-36 says The Father loves the Son and has given all things into His hands. The one who believes in the Son has eternal life, but the one who refuses to believe in the Son will not see life; instead, the wrath of God remains on him.
As long as Adam and Eve were obedient and did not eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, they had access to the tree of life.
Once they sinned, they were driven from the Garden, and God placed an angel with a flaming sword to guard the tree of life so they would no longer have access to it.
Eternal life was now no longer theirs.
Just as God had warned, they died, and through Adam all men after him would die (Romans 5:12).
By blocking access to the tree of life, God showed compassion in His omniscience. Knowing that because of sin, life would be filled with sorrow and toil, He graciously limited the number of years men would live.
To live eternally in a sinful state with its results—pain, disease, heartache, toil, and grief—would mean endless agony for humanity, with no hope of the relief that comes with death.
By limiting our lifespan, God gives us enough time to come to know Him and His provision for eternal life through Christ, but spares us the misery of an endless existence in a sinful condition.
Hell is a place where unredeemed sinners live eternally in a sinful state with its results—pain, disease, heartache, toil, and grief—which results in endless agony, with no hope of the relief that comes with death.
the premier inn where my mum is staying for the twickenham assembly is the above price.this obviously doesn't include transport or food.she will be sharing with another sister, so the cost is half, but still, that's a lot of money.. poor sods..
Shame on you, quellycatface.
Can anyone put a price tag on the 3 day bounteous and nourishing spiritual feast prepared by the loving hands of the faithful and discreet slave that your mom is going to be eating.
How about all the wonderful, upbuilding association?
Can you put a price tag on that?
Just think, your mom may have the privilege of sitting next to a convicted child molestor Jehovah's Witness elder during the entire 3 day session without even realising it.
So, stop complaining and be happy that your mom is putting kingdom interests first by lining the coffers of God's only channel on earth, the Watchtower Society as she almost collapses from heat exhaustion under the hot noonday sun at Twickenham.
anything that you notice that would make you say, " yup, that's a jw"?
?.
Cheap suit.
Book bag.
Plastic smile.
Shuffling down the street.
Glassy stare.
if you and a fellow jehovah's witness went to a house where the homeowner brought up a watchtower doctrine which you secretly disagree with, would you defend it or tell them what it is you really believe?.
either way you are at a loss.. defending something you disagree with is living a lie and telling a lie.
not defending it and telling the home owner what you really believe makes you an apostate by watchtower society standards.

That's a pretty difficult situation to be in since you have another Jehovah's Witness with you who would probably stab you in the back and report back to base.
have been going to a few meetings to support my kids that have to go with their mother.
i knew it would be a powerful lesson for them to see how these loving people treat their father who da'd a while ago.
couple of elders tried to corner me the 2nd or 3rd time i went to remind me that i cant talk to anyone.... i however reminded them that i am not df'd and i can talk to whomever i want to.
It puzzles them when you don't play by their silly assed little rules.
well i went on a date saturday, and while i was walking to to the restaurant i see one of the 'elders' in one of my old congregations ( central compton ) walked past me real fast .
i realized it was one of the 'elders' who protected the 'elder' who held my card ( other story ) for 8 months .
well to make the long story short other witness came, and where scared to see me back in town lol.
Tell us more!
so here are some interesting quotes from the wt in yesterday's wt "study".
i have printed some words in bold type to make my point.. par.
12 "as part of that annual observance, children would ask their parents questions....".
They deserve the Watchtower Society if they don't pay attention any better than that.
