CoC and Search of Christian Freedom came yesterday in the mail
by ithinkisee intime to swallow the red pill.. right now both books remain unopened - sealed in the amazon.com box buried in a backpack in the trunk of my car.
i feel like i'm smuggling drugs or something.. i'll be starting coc tomorrow ... .

i became a jdub at the age of 16. i had a child out-of-wedlock who was 1 year old at the time and i was searching for answers - i wanted my son to have a future and the one the witnesses portrayed was better than anything i'd ever heard!

bethel wants lawyers, lawyers specializing in tax law, and cpa's.
if you are in any of these professions you were supposed to talk to the po that evening.

Bethel wants lawyers, lawyers specializing in tax law, and CPA's. If you are in any of these professions you were supposed to talk to the PO that evening. You DID NOT NEED TO MEET ANY OF THE OTHER QUALIFICATIONS for Bethel service as long as you were a lawyer or CPA.
Maybe they think a loyal dub attorney will not reveal their illegal tactics to maintain that tax-free non-profit status the WTBTS enjoys at the moment.

I am totally confused about the new "DF and DA" announcements for March 05
by booker-t ini am totally confused by the new way jw's will be kicked out of the wts.
since they no longer will be classified as df or da can i get a refund on my da and no longer be viewed as "satan" by my former jw friends and family.
how will jw's know if someone is df or da if they are announced "no longer one of jw's?

JWs at my door today
by somebody ini am home today and tomorrow per doctor's orders and i was shocked that of all days, today two jws knocked at my door for the first time in almost 4 years.
they will be back on saturday morning at 10 o'clock.
to you all here, both non and ex jws, and to any lurking jws, i ask the question... what is the difference between a servant of jehovah and a disciple of christ, if any at all?

JWs MAY BE ABLE TO LOCATE SCRIPTURES and explain fundemental JW doctrine, but that's about it. And that EVWERYTHING THE JWS HAVE LEARNED HAS BEEN FROM THE ORGANIZATION, not the BIBLE. The JWs at my door did just that by never opening up the Bible that I could see int her book bag, but opening a Watchtower brochure instead. This makes a big difference from when the WTS INC discribed it own followers as BIBLE CHAMPIONS, back in the 70s or 80s.
But they did open their 'bible' from the faithful discreet slave.
As for the David dub who claims the WTBTS has THE TRUTH. One day you will know whether or not it is the truth. I hope you repent and worship Jesus instead of the Governing Body before that day.

My thoughts on hating the WTS.
by kwintestal in" i was thinking today about hating the wts, and you know i really do, and for many reasons which i won't really get into here.. on this thought, i imagined the jwd (jesus' wacky discussion forum) website of 2000 years ago.
i'm sure many of jesus' new followers would start threads about having their hands cut off, being stoned and the secret backroom shenanigans of the pharisees.

The only people that you see Jesus showing any anger or dislike towards, are the Pharisees for the way that they treated, lorded over and abused people. For creating a burden that couldn't be carried.
Why shouldn't we hate the WTS for doing the same thing?

Is it wrong, then to have hostility towards the seed of the serpent for their lies, false prophecies, destruction of families, sacrificial blood offerings of children on the altar of the WatchTower, unscriptural shunning, promoting competition among followers with titles of 'importance', an iron fist controlling almost every aspect of its members daily lives and the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual abuse it promotes so effectively?

Sinners-Not even eating with such a man!

if we were not allowed to be spoken to after disfellowship, why doesnt this scripture clearly say "not even speaking with such a man"?
there is a major difference between getting together and eating with sinners, than there is talking to them at the kingdom hall.

This cult takes this scripture and grossly misapplies it. Speaking and communing are different. Besides, the scripture says not to talk to the antichrist or have him in your home---a far cry from JW d'fing!
One of the antichrists has been accurately identified as the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society and it's religious arm, the
SatanicChristian Congregation ofGoverning BodyJehovah's Witnesses. Any decree they spew forth like frogs out of their mouth should be taken with a grain of salt. -

Coming out from hiding

lately i have had this really strong desire to just say screw it this is who i am and write it here.
i told my husband who has never been a witness, but he is afraid that someone will try to df me.i have faded for a really long time.

Lately I have had this really strong desire to just say screw it this is who I am and write it here.
Do whatever gives you inner peace. For me, it was calling Bethel, Crooklyn, NY and telling them they are all liars, false prophets and steal people away from worshipping Jesus (Hebrews 1:1-6 NWT 1961 edition if you can find one the WTBTS has not destroyed). Such a feeling it was but not near as good as receiving the promised Holy Spirit when I turned to Jesus after I stopped worshipping those false prophets of the WTBTS Governing Body.
