  rose ball was russell's "step-daughter," his wife later claimed in divorce court, that russell had an "inapropriate" relationship with her.

  before this rose had married australia branch servant hennings and moved to melbourne...however.

  {yearbook 83 p.40-43} "in 1908 there was upheaval in australia {watch 1910} branch organiser hennings defected and carried the bulk of the melbourne class with him...brother russell apionted r. nicholson as branch servant.".

  i am new to this site but have been lurking for a while now.

  i have not told my story yet because i am in the middle of a situation i had hoped to avoid.

  my wife is still a jw in good standing, my two sons were dfd a year ago.

  All jc's run on the premise that the borg must be kept clean. As somebody on another thread noted, "that's cultspeak for the organization means more than you." These jc's are not only unscriptural in nature, but they actually deny the ransom. And what would you expect from a group of men on high who have more control over your marriage than you do, and claim as their authority a form of apostolic succession, whereby the sins of the clergy can be whitewashed in order to keep things status quo. In the thread on the Open Letter to the GB, that thought is something I'd never considered, but for me is the last nail in the coffin so far as understanding what wtland is all about. It is an image of the beast that demands absolute adoration/worship not to mention your time and money. Keep us posted.

  Are there any known JW doctors?

  i think there is one at my hospital because of what a coworker said one time in reference to blood doctrine.

  i can't imagine them going into medicine with all the time it requires, between school, residency, etc.

  just wondering

  I don't know if it would be good to be too conspicuous. What about leaving copies of the UN/DPI thing in the restrooms? Or sitting up in the balcony striking up conversations with the unsuspecting and planting stories?

  Week long Elders school announced

  at the agm it was announced that all elders in the us will attend a weeks 5 days kingdom ministry school next year.

  there will be a different class held at patterson each week until all us elders have attended.

  not sure about other countries.
