  You Say I've Inherited What???

  i get a phone call last friday telling me there was a note pinned to the door of my old house (deserted and up for sale) saying to contact this person asap because i am an heir to something or other.. eventually, i get around to it this morning; i make the call.. it seems xto energy corporation is looking for me because i'm an heir to my great grandmother's mineral rights to a 4 acre strip of land in burleson texas.

  the land is wanted for drilling purposes by the oil and gas drilling exploration team.. i met with the agent this morning.

  he showed me my great grandmother's obituary and his copy of the family tree.

  This is unadulterated BS! Having been to China several times, I know what is allowed and what is "discouraged" regarding religious gatherings, preaching and handing out literature. He did nothing to warrant the reaction claimed by the story. Just bull!

  i read many of the comments provided by forum users and immediately started to experience once more the pain and hurt that i, my wife, and others feel who have been labeled and made to feel unworthy by, the organization.

  the way i cope in my life is to believe in god's own words, not man's.

  Welcome to JWD! I agree reading God's word daily has remarkable affects. I enjoy the Kitab'Iqan for its poetic exegitics clearly setting straight the meanings of "resurrection", "return" and other issues that have divided Christians and others for centuries.

  while the dubs were so looking forward to telling the world how false religion was going to end ( wonder how that went for them) i got to thinking, what special event are we looking forward to in the next 3 months.. so right here, right now, what special event do you look forward to in the next 3 months.

  for me its going snowboarding and when its really miserble here heading down to warmer climate for a nice lil holiday..

  Well it's a tad bit beyond the three month marker but Mrs. Jones and I are heading to Israel to visit our oldest son and go on Baha'i Pilgrimage for 9 days. All told, we'll be there two weeks. We set a goal in July to be at our highschool weights by the time we left in mid February. Joined Weight Watchers and are doing great. She's lost over 30 lbs. and I'm close behind with 28. New wardrobe and fun trip to reward ourselves..
