You may dislike the Dubs
You may oppose their stand on blood transfusions (however muddled that stand may be these days)
But please don't kid yourself by speaking of "a God who demanded animal sacrifices etc etc" as if ONLY the NWT speaks of such a Deity. Regardless of what the policy on blood transfusions may be, the Old Testament God is the God of the Bible. He is not the sole property of Jehovah's Witnesses or the WTBTS..
You should be demanding to know how ANY FUNDAMENTALIST Christian resolves the contradictory image of the blood thirsty God of the OT with the oh-he-died-for-your-sins-benevolent Jesus H. Christ.
