Just a phase? I think not!
by tsunami_rid3r inas everyday passes by being alone, i am enjoying it more and more.
i have grown distant from friends, and the only contact with others i have is at work and in the lab.
i do not talk to most of my classmates except the ones i am in an assigned group with.

most disturbing movie scene you've seen?
by knock knock ini haven't seen this topic on here so i thought i'd.... hmmm, maybe it's because it's just too disturbing?
to me, the scene in saving private ryan - the two soldiers in the small upstairs room fighting hand to hand to the death (by stabbing).
i think that is the most disturbing thing i've seen on screen and there were plenty just in that film alone.

Shunning a Jehovah's Witness - They don't like it!
by jambon1 inan elder who lives nearby has decided to be play the twat with me recently.
i have been out for nearly 2 years, which makes it even more pathetic on his part.. after leaving, this character (thinking i was depressed), would give me the most tactless, thoughless advice that you have ever heard.
he loved 'giving it to me' right outside my house.

Divorces...isn't that a "conditional" love?
by FreedomFrog ini just read the thread on how many jw's were in "happy" marriages and it got me thinking...there is so much divorces, so many families in and out of the org.
that break up over stupid stuff.
we complain how mothers/fathers/friends cut you off because of different beliefs.... wouldn't divorces also be on "conditional" love?

even though you didn't know me before now, i feel like i have known a lot of you for quite a while.
from my time viewing jwd, i have learned many things and have felt like sometimes that you were talking directly to me.
