I have not seem the mags,but from the comments here it appears the GB/FDS have been reading this web site and Blondie's reviews.They finally saw the light or as they put it,the light is getting brighter.

by dozy injust been having a flick through the dec 15 & jan 15 jw only watchtowers.
(and no - i dont know how to pdf them or anything else!).
unusually there isnt a single mention glorifying the fads - in fact , jehovahs channel or any other similar expression isnt referenced at all (other than a single scriptural reference in the review of revelation in the dec 15th issue.).

I wonder why God sent his son to undone A/E sin, set a time limit and didn't keep it.See the three EX. they gave about God killing people before his own time limit.(flood,S/G,angel of death and many others)

What hypocrates..earlier this year they had a J.W. mag study article if a non believing husbands put any pressure for the wife to participate in any act not sanctioned by the GB,she should consider leaving him.Note,not word for word see J.W. mag for the b.s.
What kind of marriage would you have if, husbands and children put up a christmas tree together and their mom would not taking part.Little 5 year old Mary,"mommey,mommy why don't you want to help daddy and me with the decorations,because the GB\WBTS doesn't want me to says mommey.Mary says "I hate you mommy" as she runs crying to her room."Husband to wife see what you have done."and the fight is on.

issue we have the following.contributions can be made directly to "watchtower bible & tract society of-----------c/o-------.checks--(notice spelling) payable to "watchtower" what kind of religion is watchower).
jewelry or other valuables,donations-money,gift annuity,insurance,retirement plans/funds/pensions plan,stocks & bonds,real estates,wills & trusts.note they also name the "watchtower" as a beneficiary of any wills/insurance/real estate.well folks that just about covers the whole nine yards and maybe the asshole.yet this same organization criticizes how other true religions solicits or appeals for funds for their operations.. what i would like to see done:is a copy of the nov.15/08 sent to all r.c.

Do JW's assist "worldy" people after natural disasters such as Katrina?
by gaiagirl inwhen new orleans was flooded, did jw's in the area or from out of town gather to help those who were not jw's?
or were there efforts focused only on kingdom halls and the homes of jw's?

They sure do at least in their minds they think they help.Let me give you an example.9/11 WTC.an Elder told a R.C.priest he was their giving the workers hope from the Bible and that soon Gods kingdom would bring peace to the world.Than he asked what the priest was he doing there,the priest answered sheepishly as he wlked away 'I am bring water for the workers".Now you tell me who helps worldy people after disasters.
Just a thought about your Q.what are worldy people?Are not all people from planet earth or are JW from some plave else.
