The time of the end has to deal with Bible Prophecy, and we still have several major ones to fufil, Mainly Ezekiel 38 and 39. Just to give you a Heads Up, it took Almost 1900 years for Ezekiel 37 to be fufiled After Ezekiel 36, and its been 58 years since then as well. They are expecting Armageddon to happen at anytime...Their version of Armageddon wont happen, but there will be a battle at Armageddon. They choose to ignore Bible Prophecy just to focus on Revelation, yet there is still 2, maybe 3 Prophecies that have not been fufiled yet.

Armageddon literally means Hlll of Megiddo. Do I thik there will be a Battle on the Hill, yes. Do I think many people will die because of this, I don't think so.

1. A coalition of nations will have to forges war aganist the Nation of Israel, and loses in 7 days (Eze 38-39). It's been 58 years since Ezekiel 37 Was fufiled, when the Jews returned to their Homeland. Almost immeidally, the Palestines went to war with them. I don't think it's just sheer luck that a Nation as Small as Israel, and with only 1 Ally (The United States) could save off total dustruction w/o a Higher Power (God) bing involved. My take, This has a great chance of happening in the next few years
2. A man, some say European, Will come to power by using a League of Nations. This is already set up, it's called the EU (has a Universal Money System, Patrolmen and Constitution). This will mark the start of the Tribulation Period (7 Years). Again, this has NOT happen yet, and can't happen until #1 has been done. Also, this guy will claim to rebuild the Temple as well. There is also a non-Bibical Catholic Prophacy that says that this guy would rise out of the Papel..and it will be the NEXT pope after Bendedict XVI. This remains to be seen.
2A. Rapture...sometime around the Tribulation Period.
3. Armageddon...in Israel..ONLY IN ISRAEL, I already explained that Armageddon is the Mother of all Battles, but not the FINAL battle.
4. 1000 Year Millemium Reign, Satan locked up, Those resurrected will preach the Gospel to those who were alive during the Battle at the Hill of Meddio
5. Satan Releases, turns world aganist God, and Challenges him
6. Satan destroyed.
7. NEW EARTH and HEAVEN appears.
I may be missing a few Prophecies, but bottom line is Armageddon will not just happen like the JWs want to Believe. -

The 144,000...How do JWs get that only 144K are going to Heaven?

Adrin....I assume you are a JW, but I'm going to attempt to use some logic here. In that scripture you gave me, it only says that the 144k Will be with the Lamb on Mt. Zion (A Hill outside of Jerusalem). It NEVER says that the 144K will go to heaven, are the only ones that are going to Heaven, or are the only anointed ones. 1 thing that I learned is to not only pay attention to what the Bible says, but also pay attention to what the Bible does NOT say.

Christrians: Why are JWs so aganist being born aganin/Salvation?
by A-Team inin the past 3 weeks, i have had 2 jws deny salvation or say that only the 144k have to be born again and 1 even going as far as asking "what do i need to be saved from?
" but yet, there are several bible scriptures that says otherwise.

If this were true, do you think a BOE or the WTS would stoop this low?
by R.F. ina few of years ago at a circuit assembly the district overseer said that in another area that there was a 3 year old that wanted to be an unbaptized publisher.
the boe said that he needed to know how to read, so his parents helped him fine tune his reading skills and he qualified as a publisher at the age of 4.

I'm sorry, and for someone who gave his life to the lord at age 3 and a half, I'm the LAST one who should be talking but will say this. A typicial 3,4 and 5 year old has a difficult time deciding on what their favorite Sesame Street character is, do they want crust on no crust on their bread, and what their favorite color is let alone deciding on trying to become a Pioneer.
