was yesterday.
it went reasonably ok, i didnt make any effort to speak to my parents instead i went and chatted to other family members i havnt seen in years.
i also had hubby's mum and dad there too for support.

I'm so glad that you have the support from your hubby's family. My mother-in-law has been more of a mother to me than my own, and I love her dearly! Despite being a JW she is a wonderfull person!

oh, boy.
just had these thoughts rattling around in my head a few days, so wanted to get your takes.
my college son and i were talking and he said a fellow worker in his 50's said he had been aware his mother was sick and dying in another town , but had not died yet.
I won't believe it until I experience it or not!

Add me to the list. My hubby also says he can feel the heat coming off of me , my question is why the hell do you keep putting the blanket on me then?
I'm so tired in the morning because I didn't sleep well that I have to make myself get up, shower and get to work, then I'm grumpy all day. The I come home and it all starts over again.
And I thought cramps were the worst!

i filled out an application on saturday for a job, today i went for the interview, .
it went well, i go at the end of the week to meet with the regional manager to interview with him.. so it sounds promising.. its six months training for a managers position and then transfer out of state to .
i dont know where.

i know its early, but so many of us were denied the thrill of the holidays for so many years, i think most of us on jwd tend to look forward to holidays more than the average person.
the weather finally changed today here in florida, and everyone i talk to is thinking about the holidays which inspired me to start this thread..... so lets get your favorite dish or dishes you are willing to share.
this gives everyone time to try it and add to their menus.
Mrs. Jones - I've never done my greens in crockpot, I think I try this for Sunday dinner this week. I'll let you know how they come out!
