SIGH... Mother troubles again...
by Elyse867 inso i opened up my laptop last night, to check my email and such, and my mom had obviously just checked hers... she was still logged on, which has never happened before.
i felt like i needed to look in her emails, which is not something i would normally do, as i hold privacy as something sacred.
as some of you know, my mom lives with my hubby, me, and my kids.

What your mom´s doing is very wrong against you and your family.
Sorry to say that it brings back memories about my own mother.... and I loved my mother very much too (sigh)
But as you say that she is writing to her "boyfriend" it sounds to me that she´s trying to make him feel sorry for her and to make him marry her in a hurry.
1- She tells him that she needs her own place (yes, you both do)
2- She feels the children like a burden.
3- She is scared that Jehovah will kill her by accident in the great A
4- She doesn´t want to live with folks who don´t have love for the WT
It sounds like "save me- save me" to me.
Your mother loves you but needs to get out of your house,she needs her own place where she can be "queen of the castle".
Once she has mooved out things might get a lot better between the 2 of you. Then you can visit each other have a cup of coffee or a meal and then you can both go to your own place again-very healthy for any grown up child/parent relationship.
I truely believe that she´s only moaning and groaning about her terrible life because she´s trying to get married as soon as possible.
(ah, such a good catch, an elder!)
Why don´t you ask her if there are any wedding plans?

Did you ever have..One of Those Days?
by OUTLAW inthe "water delivery pipe" burst on the well again..so..yesterday we dropped new heavy duty pipe 350ft below the ground..that took most of the day,but we were done before dark.....finally!..i can shower,flush the toilet and run the dishwasher!..no more paper plates on what seems an endless picnic!..lol!
!..so..i go to the power box and turn on the pump..we have running water!.......about 5 minutes later we notice water coming from the main floor,running down the wall and over a light switch....and..the water is frigg`n bright blue!!..wtf!..lol!
!..it`s the toilet over flowing..i`ve got bright blue toilet water all over the bathroom floor and pouring over a light switch in the basement!..this isn`t good..so,i turn the water off to the toilet..i`ll fix it later....it`s time for my workers to leave..i wander down the ranch driveway with a flashlight and the dog to open the ranch gate..i get the gate open and the truck and trailer pass through the gate..i figure the trailer is through the gate and let the gate swing shut.....bam!!

Babies get shunned
by Crooked Lumpy Vessel inmy sister was recently disfellowshipped and she told me that she was eating in a restaurant yesterday when the elder that disfellowshipped her was seated at the table next to her.
of course they would not breathe a word to her.
but her son (4 years old) had kept saying hello over and over to the elder and his wife and they both refused to acknowledge him, smile of even say hello back.

I´m with Horrible Life here.
If they had done it to my child I would have told them -with a loud voice- what I think of such a behavior.
