Find out what you enjoy and are good at. Have a go at Jung's test that changeling posted here a few days ago, it is really quite revealing. Definitely get educated if at the very least for your self esteem. Do you prefer self employment or to be employed; in my experience you prefer one or the other hand? If you have been self employed people are usually reluctant to change.

Hi Purps, Enjoyed reading it. I just had a conversation with my wife about said subject with reference to recent revelations, and she said Jehovah will sort them out ,what a cop out. I seriously believe and have said that the wtbts attitude toward child abuse will haunt them. What a contrast to Oprah.

having almost gotten over my jw ex-best friend telling me she could no longer be my friend, handing me back my spare keys, sending a note and present to my kids with not even a 'dear sam', shunning me in the park, etc, etc she now sacks her immigrant cleaner (who became her cleaner due to my recommendation a year ago) by text message.
cleaner phones her to check out what's going on and she tells her you can no longer clean for us as you work for sam and my husband wants us to have no connection whatever - you may tell her things about us and we don't want that.
charming, another kick in the stomach for me and a great witness to the cleaner (who ironically we found out a few months ago has a father who is a witness!).

Good post I have added to my favourites. Thw wtbts is guilty of unbelievable hubris. I honestly believe that this will lead to great damage being caused to them, Their attitude towards abusers is unbelievable. The suffering of the victims is magnified along no dougt with their anger.
The public organizationsround here have rigorous procedures to identify abusers and help victims. They the wtbts on the other hand only identify the abusers and protect them

yes, it's been quite some time since i've graced the on-line pages here.. i think like many people, you get in here "hot & heavy" so-to-speak, and then after awhile, you either grow tired of it; frustrated and well, peoples' reasons to leave or 'take a break' are as long as a roll of charmin (not great for writing on mind you).. quite frankly, i didn't think i'd find myself posting here.
but after a couple of years; the occasional browsing of topics and to see how a few members were doing, i don't mind opening up the door once again periodically and add my two cents worth.. there looks to be many newbies, hell.....i don't even recognize 1/10th of the people posting on here.

ok so just got this from msn.
so only 1 survivor left from titanic - she was 2 months old in 1912 - 2 years from 1914. you can see why "the generation" etc.
And yet still they lie and my wife and daughter believe. | did. I had doubts and set my own go by date glad I did. I feel a gasket about to blow
