Cheesy Question:
by Englishman inwhat's your favourite cheese, please?.
mine's gruyere, a swiss cheese that is absolutely scrummy.http://www.cheese.com/description.asp?name=gruyere.
of course, i still enjoy the noble stilton, danish blue and there ain't nothing to compare to a genuine parmesan with pasta.. but, gruyere takes some beating, i reckon.. englishman.

What Was The 1st Thing That Made You Question?
by minimus inas a youngster raised in the "truth", i had my questions.
but anytime you ask a question that is unanswerable, you are told to just wait on jehovah.
as time passes, i believe that we store up a number of unanswerable questions that forces one to eventually think about everything.

Just signed up for my first Christmas party!
by Matty ini've worked for the same company since i left college, for a long time, and so some people where i work have known me for many years.
i am by and large still known as a jehovah's witness who generally refuses social invites.
i have not spoken a great deal to my work colleagues about my change of heart about my religion, just a select few, although people have definitely noticed that i don't preach at them anymore!

Actually,my family always celebrated Christmas when I was a kid. That was before Witnesses came knocking at our door and they accepted a Bible study from them. This year things are finally getting back to normal. My children and I have been planning how we will decorate the house and we're really looking forward to being part of LIFE!

PS,
Yes,I am baptized but married to an unbeliever and I would just like to say that since I faded away from JWs in January my entire family has been invited to my uncle's Assembly of God church four times for dinner and singing and they all welcomed us and were very nice.HOW REFRESHING!
