as she proceded to pierce my ear drum she relayed to me that channel 8 news is coming to her house today for an interview...guess what they will be discussing?!!!

Let It Snow!!!

O M G!!!Nooo....
Im sorry but I cant feel the same appreciation for snow as you do. S N O W is a four letter word around here. You see, we get an awful lot of lake effect snow where we live. Sometimes its not even snowing but can become windy and heavy drifting is a common result. We have over two feet right now and we got it pretty much over night.
This is a pic of a home we were renting a while back, we had such heavy drifting that I was actually trapped inside the house. The person who came to plow us out took this picture. If you look close you can see me and my daughter peeking through the window. (Help!!)

Discussion With My Dad...Ended Badly.
by Valis insome of you may know that my parents were expected for "dinner" on thanksgiving day.
well i really don't think its going to happen now.
i called my dad last night becuase my mother, now visiting my kids in south texas and bringing them here to see me, said they had "stuff to do on thursday".

Im so sorry Valis.
As usual, my JW family wont be contacting me on Thanksgiving either.
I'll be having a small dinner at home. They tell me they are worried about my spiritual well being. Wait until they find out that after we celebrate Thanksgiving here, I am volunteering to help serve thanksgiving dinner to 100s of disadvantaged people and OMG it is going to be held at a PAGAN church!!! Imagine!!! I will surly be killed in armageddon right along with them. So what if half of them dont have a dime to their name but would still would give you the shirt off their back, they are still "worldly" right?
Sometimes stangers can be more like family than our own.

here is a new way to prepare your thanksgiving or christmas turkey.. 1. cut out aluminum foil in desired shapes.. 2. arrange the turkey in the roasting pan, position the foil carefully (see attached photo).

That hit by Sapp was legal and I hate people who whine about legal plays, even if it is the head coach. Sapp did look a little crazed that night tho.. Brett may have been a slightly intimidated, I know I would have been. Yikes.
A few losses arent too bad. Gotta keep things interesting, ya know?
