  Just swallowed the red pill?

  Allow yourself plenty of time (over 2 years) to adjust to the rollercoaster ride you are now on.

  After I had read CoC, my head was spinning for days. I came to this board for support. It is here. And there is a life after finding out the truth obout the troof.

  Rant, rage, vent, but make a plan on how you can maintain family relationships, if that is your desire.

  Many are here to help you through this time. You are not alone and many have traveled the road you are heading down. Please take the time to read some of the old posts from people who were true believers and had given their lives for the WTBTs.

  keeshan died of a long illness, his family said in a statement.. .

  i remember lurking a few days before coming out of my stupor from everything i read.

  it was like i was hungry and hadn't eaten in month.

  Need video help

  does anyone know of a website with instructions on how to connect a vcr, dvd and a directv receiver together?

  i've googled and cannot find anything, so i'm hoping someone might know where to start looking.

  i can handle hooking up a vcr to a tv or a dvd to a tv, but hooking all three up together is a bit confusing.

  But in a few years Jackson will be hot wiring everything in your house. Just wait and see. We have a wonderful computer wizard who keeps all of our electronics "wired".

  why is it i always end up working for companies that don't give a crap about their employees well-being?

  i've been here since march as a temp; got a full-time offer in december and almost immediately the workload has increased and there is no new hires are on the horizon.

  the political games in some of these departments is mind-blowing.

  we were called to another meeting.

  As a kid, what did you used to say on the doors.

  i guess this questions is for people who grew up as jw's... .

  when you were out door knocking as kids, did the people who's doors you knocked on ever tell your parents that they shouldn't bring you out door knocking in the freezing cold, or did they ever ask you why you were out door knocking when you're so young?.

  i remember both questions coming up fairly often since in england it is always winter, never forget the way this one old guy bent down and asked me why i was there and i gave the answer 'i'm here because i want to be' which was a total bold faced lie, but it was what we taught to say.. anyone else experience this?

  "due to changes in my life that are in conflict with the teachings of jehovah's witnesses, i no longer want to be known as one of jehovah's witnesses.
