by Mann indear robert, i have done quiet a lot of research into the jw's doctrines.
you see; i had to make an important decision on where i stood as far as jw's are concerned.this chat site was very helpful.
i have taken the most controversial members ( lol there are only three of you)from this site, in opposition to eachother and used your arguments and reasongings to "help" make my mind over on what i would do.. the thing that struck me most about your arguments were: you kept giving glory to jehovah and his son, you used scriptures to back up your points (glad you didn't give out where to find those scriptures) you didn't make excuses for the wtbs errors, and misdeeds, and the most important point was your pointing out that jehovah himself will judge and spank his own people.

Secret agents in the society?
by sleepy ini've just mentioned on another thread how in russia secret agents managed to get into high postions of authority in the society there in order to keep a watch on what they were doing.. i believe this has happened in other countries to.. so how about this, do the british and american goverments have infiltraitors in the society to keep a watch on them?.
it seems an obvious thing to do if you are in power, you somehow need to keep track of what fringe groups are doing.. could they even be high up in the org if they are there?.
there was an article in one of the newspapers this week that claimed over 1000 organisations in britian are involved in secret obsevations of individuals and groups for various reasons.. it seems possible that they would want to keep tabs on groups like the witnesses.. what do you think?

How many Dubs do business with the public in sales etc. & keep this secret? Just imagine someone with a son in the military helping to support a Dub as one of their customers, what would they think?

New Light from France
by Dogpatch ini just got this over the phone from a contact in france.
i have asked him to send me a news article on it, so i hope all is accurate.. this is a fallout from the recent clamping down on sects in europe that might be considered a danger to the state (whereever that is).. http://www.watchtowernews.org/francecrackdown.htm.
anyway, it appears that if a religion goes to court and loses two trials over x amount of time, they are liable to be cancelled (i am not sure what it means, but it is not good).

MOVING TO WHERE THE NEED IS GREATER
by picosito inhow many of us would like to see wts brought to task for encouraging us to "go where the need is greater" and then not supporting our efforts or trying to subvert them by all means of organizational rules and regulations after our having gone through much pain and trouble to relocate our family and have suitable employment?.
