Well an old friend found me. Now I'm in her cross hairs to get active again.

on one hand i'm glad she's ok. rather sickly.
but once she got word i've been inactive, she's all hot and bothered to get me back to meetings.. "did you attend the memorial this year?".

R.I.P." Daisy"
by smiddy inyesterday we had to make the decision to put our cat down as her health had deteriated so much in the last few months ,and especially in the last week.
many of you will know it is such a traumatic experience to go through and very painfull emotionally .. i had never considered myself a cat person , we rented a house ,double story with an outside balcony and next door had what i would describe as an umberella ?
tree ,where a cat sat, and looked over at us at the second level.. it started hanging around the front door and i said dont feed it as it will never go away.

Sorry to hear about Daisy. it is sad that our little furry best friends do not live longer. I am a cat person, down to my last persian who is my very best friend. He is my little shadow, always on my lap or begging to be. He is 16 year old. I will miss him more than any living person in my life who has died recently including my parents.

Wow! How many new ones does this make in just this week alone? At least 10.
Joe, I think you are part of a new exodus. This one seems to be the biggest since the early 1980s. Glad you found us, relax and stay a while.

Are born-ins or are converts most likely to leave?
by Julia Orwell inmaybe born-ins are, because we converts made the choice whereas the born-ins did not.
or are the converts more likely to because of thought patterns developed outside the cult?
i'd like to know what you think..

Here is a good analogy.
You can't describe color to a person who has been blind from birth, but you can with someone who lost their sight later in life.

so now what?
by Kaltas1 ini don't really know what to say i'm a bit nervous.
but i am new here and i want to say thank you all for these forums and the many contributions people have made.. for about 9 months i been frequenting here and other places on the net while i have undergone an in depth bible analysis.
after finding that my bible is not consistant with the more favorable options of translating greek words especially in key doctinal areas, i have concluded the great unlikelyhood of jehovah's witnesses having god's blessing and approval.. not just that though.

Is There Other Sites Many Members Are Bailing To? M.I.A JWN People, where did they go?
by ÁrbolesdeArabia insince i joined the forum i noticed more than a few people have not been posting, what is going on?
i received a couple of emails from other groups asking me to join their new forms with a promised technology, i wondered how they got my email address and thought it be strange.. .
people during the first year of a great change might post daily to any support chat or message board they feel is going to aid them.

I am a seasonable poster on this site. When warm weather comes I am rarely on the computer period, but I come back when the weather turns cold again. It has been a very cold and wet spring thus far, I'd really would like to get out with my metal detector, but I hate cold hands. So I wait.
