  warning concerning antichrists.

  yesterday i visited the last day of the jw convention: your word is truth.

  i was bored most of the program and when one of the speeches was being held i took the program and looked at the saturday part (apostate bladibla).

  as we all know russell was one of the founders of the watchtower society (with 10% in shares) and many know that he was known as the first president of the organisation.

  we do not have to repeat again about all the prophecies he made which did not happen.

  we know they didn't.. what most don't know is how he begot all or most of the "wisdom" and calculations.

  Feeling numb and alone

  since some time i post here on this forum... i am always willing to help people or to express my opinion if it helps someone.... i have already posted something about myself but i haven't told much about my history.. i am married with a nice wife and i have three kids (two of my own and a stephdaughter).

  since a year i do not go to meetings and i unofficially stopped with the "truth".

  i had a meeting with some elders expressing my concerns with the teachings and with the slave.

  because this forum technically has some problems and inconsistencies i am posting a new topic about the faithfull slave thing to clearly show that the faithfull servant meanssomething else then what jw's learned us... also... i want to let my mind go about what it means for us... now living people... who are we in this timespan since the bible itself is two thousand years old.

  who are we in the eyes of christ?.

  please compare mathew 24:40-51 with the scriptures in luke 22:35-48. .

  if there was only perfectness and goodness in the beginning of the world, why was there even knowledge about good and evil in the heavens?.

  Sheeps and Goats... People or Nations?

  for jw's the scripture matthew 25:31-33 was always a very import issue.. i was reading this scripture lately in the new international version where it writes the following:.

  the sheep and the goats31 when the son of man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne.

  32 all the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.

  My story in short

  i am visiting this site for quite some time now and now i think it is time to tell something about me and my experience.

  without giving away my name (i am in "fade mode"): i am from the small country they call the netherlands, the land of wooden shoes, tulips, cheese and too many inhabitants per square meter.

  i am married with children and a second generation jw.

  What do you think of drawings like these?

  a long time ago the jw's published a book called "humans in search of god" (translation of the dutch version so i am sorry if the title is not totally correct).

  i always remembered one sick drawing in it and it always made me wonder how this drawing could be used in one of their books.. .
