  Harley Miller Died

  i heard from my mom that harley miller died in california -- apparently -- today.

  i understand he had gone there for a pacemaker, but died before he could get it.. he had an article in the wt or awake 10 -12 years ago.

  although i didn't know him, he sounded like a pretty decent fellow.. fp

  Very good thinking Englishman, I agree completely. The family breakup agrees with the bible's view of one against the other because of religion, but I just don't see the need to do that. Why can't humans learn to live with one another without trying to control the other's way of thinking? I think the writings of men who claim special revelation of a God is the ruination of human culture.

  My grandma

  my grandma was a remarkable woman, with a sense of humour that could crack me up.

  and she had the determination to make everything she started a success.

  she never gave up, and fought for everything she hold dear.

  Hi Viv,

  I'm really sorry that you lost you grandmother. I'm sure you and the other members of her family is what made her life so valuable to her. Your fond memories of her would make her happy as this is about all us old grandfolks can leave our kids. May her love continue with you throughout your life.

  Daughter OK After Operation

  my daughter, lisa, had her operation and she is doing fine, she is comming home in a few hours.

  they didn't find what was causing her pain though.

  the doc said that was true in about 30% of these cases and many times it could be stress.

  Thanks for the comments and caring. Fark, you have over evaluated me, my wife is the one who really goes beyond the norm to look after our kids. We kept Emily last night so Lisa could rest and she is comming down today and stay with us until she feels better. Her husband is going out of town to do his job and she usually has to do all the work around the house, so she will get a break while here. She is a very loving person and deserves a little loving care for herself.

  Hi All,

  My daughter, Lisa, had her operation and she is doing fine, she is comming home in a few hours. They didn't find what was causing her pain though. The doc said that was true in about 30% of these cases and many times it could be stress. She had her tubes tied while there as she has four children and one gand child at home now. I hope she can calm down and have a more relaxed home life. Her two oldest kids have given her a lot to worry about.

  i have been up watching saturday night fever, made in the year 1977. funny thing i noticed , the club that the tony(john travolta) dances at is called 2001 odessey.

  i thought god , i was 10 or 11 when that movie came out.

  i wanted to see it so bad, but good jw's would never see such a movie, the disco era right.

  My oldest daughter worked in a nursing home but had to quit because she would get so close to the patients that she would cry and feel so bad when they died she couldn't take it.
