  Dissociated family excluded from funeral services

  apparently, disassociated relatives are not allowed to be in the procession lines at kingdom hall services.

  they can attend but they cannot be with their relatives to receive condolenses.

  this happened recently to someone whose aunt had passed away.

  Causing 'Chaos' @ District Conventions ....

  celtic here.. i realise many of you are not yet upto scratch on downright going for the society, that's cool.. for those of you more radical activists out there, what better possible manner in which to cause major disruption and to teach something of our aims to a potential massive audience, than to attend a district convention near you.. saucepans and sticks don't half make one hell of a din.. digital cameras are cool too to record all activity and to possibly edit later on for possible leverage with media bodies interested in the event etc.. the point is, is to have a watertight angle on which to go in on, to cause the best possible effect to our strategic advantage.

  that means imforming the media of our presence in advance plus many other initiatives that will be described as part of a longer post on this subject tomorrow.. take a leaf out of the uk road protesters and anti global capitalists book, they could teach us a thing or two.. so who's up from you bunch of slackers, for causing major disruptions this year?

  On 10/7/01, here in NYC, the day of the "special meeting" which had invites only for j-dumbs, a former bro who lives in PA., met with me at the Nassau Coliseum and we protested outside of the Coliseum with signs that detailed the wts-UN scandal and the pedophile issue. We were there at the gate so that as they either drove or walked in everybody would see our signs.
  We stayed from morning until the afternoon and after the meeting was over we continued our protest so all who drove out and those who walked out would again see our signs.
  Some even stopped to talk to us and shook our hands.Others who didn't actually talk to us stopped and read our signs in detail.So they got the information anyway and it would be in their heads as they left and went home that night. We loved every minute of it.
  We did this from about 7:30 am to about 5:00 pm.

  Bowen Disfellowshipping/Daramsala Salt Works

  bill bowen's disfellowshipping is very likely to have the same effect as the attack, by british and conscripted indian forces, on gandhi's followers who attempted to close the daramsala salt works.

  this event marked the end of the british raj in india - even though the brits stayed in nominal power a couple more years.

  the unprincipled and immoral attack upon unarmed demonstrators showed the world the utter lack of ethics and morals of the the british lording it over someone else in their own home.. likewise, the jw attacks, disfellowshipping of people who attempt to protect the most defenseless, the most helpless, the most innocent members of our society, is a carbon-copy of the arrogance of the british raj in india - and at the salt works that fateful day.. these disfellowshippings will demonstrate to the world the complete moral degeneracy of the watchtower bible and tract society.

  Excellent points and right on target. And BTW Francois, nice illustration. You probably got "G" 's in the TMS on that point. :)

  I also feel that the house of cards known as the wts is crumbling and as Francois said, even if it stands for a while, it will eventually fall, and hopefully sooner than later. Wts is doomed.
  Look at what their latest mistake of dfing people has already spawned:
  Tons of press, newspapers, tv, radio. Two more Tennessee women who have verified that the borg does coverup child molesting.And who knows how many more will come out of the woodwork.It is possible that many more will now see that is worth it to do so.And that even if nothing else, they will at least get their stories heard and printed like these two former jws. And of course all of the other issues mentioned in this thread that show the borg is weakening in ways that it will never recover from.
  There are so many who are fighting them even behind the scenes and we are getting bolder and bolder because we realize that justice has to be levied against them.
  And their arrogance is another thing that will help to take them down.
  Pride is before a crash and the wts will crash hard.
  I look forward to the death of the most evil organization on this planet which is the wts.

  And if they are so interested in "keeping the congregations clean", then why did the Headquarters ignore the "Murder Letter" from the congregation in Florida, the letter from the elder body of that congregation which clearly stated that a jw minister had confessed to the elders that he had committed "several" murders.
  The Murder Letter answer that came back from headquarters clearly told the elders that they were not required to disclose that information to anyone. How is a congregation being kept "clean" when there is a murderer, A CONFESSED MURDERER, right in the middle of it?

  Excellent Justin! I agree with you wholeheartedly. The watchtower must be taken down.There is no other solution. I was raised in the borg and was an elder for 7 years and I know exactlywhat you mean.

  Metatron, this is so true and I know this from personal experience.
  When the elders in the congregation I attended decided they wanted to remove me, the congregation knew it was corrupt.The congregation was also aware of the disunity among the elders. As you know I fought my deletion all the way to the top and at least 30 congregation members spoke up for me during the 3 month investigation. These members who testified in my behalf included ministerial servants, an elder, pioneers and pubishers.They even told the society that they did not even trust the other elders. 2 of the pioneers even broke down crying during the investigation as they told the investigators about the kind of treatment they and others regularly recieved from the other elders.
  Of course as you know justice was not done, but immediately after the situation attendance dropped from about 90 - 100 per meeting to about 40 - 60 per meeting. That was in 1999. I have it confirmed by 1 person who will still talk to me that even now in 2002, attendance ranges only from about 50 -65. One oldtimer who is a sister and who has been in that congregation since the 70's said that after my case the congregation has never been the same.The wife of the PO who helped to do me in even admitted recently to my contact these words: "We lost a lot of people".
  I have also gone and checked it out on a couple of occasions and believe me, attendance is sparse. So many empty seats.

  So what you said is so true.

  Ex's Rage Generating Unstoppable Momentum

  this evening i have just watched a news item that concerned a baby that has been abandoned by the side of a busy main road.

  the bbc did a short feature on people who had been found after being literally left on a doorstep somewhere as a new-born baby.. one woman, in her early 60s now, said that she never could get any peace because she just didnt know why her unknown mother had left her on a strangers doorstep.

  she didnt know her own name, she didnt even know when she was born or where.

  You make some very good points and especially about ex-jws uniting into groups.This is happening on a scale never seen before and ex-jws and even some who are still in are getting bolder and bolder all the time.wts will not be able to stop it.

  I'm really not surprised at the lying and dishonesty of JR Brown.
  In my case against them, my family and I had a four hour meeting at Bethel with JR Brown and Bob Pevy. They were appointed by the GB to meet with us. They both said that I had been railroaded. They refused to do anything about it.
