Bush is he crazy?
by happy man inwhat happend inn the word now?.
us is the word police doing what they want, putting peopel in prision and bombing innocent peopel,.
and yesterday he come upp widh a crazy idea that other countrys must pay tax on 30% iff they want to sell steel to us, and what will happend, europe must akt inn the same way, perhaps 30% on evry car imported from us, i must say i think this man is a dissaster for us.

They Don't Care If It Is Not The Truth
by Dutchy inone of my brothers in an elder in his congregation and the other is a co. they have both told me that they don't beieve that jehovah's witnesses have the truth and they are aware of the hypocrisy in the organization but they don't care.
they will never renounce their membership in this organization.
when asked why they say that they love the adulation given to them by the brothers.. the are always the first to be invited to the homes of the friends, they are sought out for advise and it makes them feel like big, important men.. the truth is that this organizaation does serve a purpose for some people.

It's the money stupid!
by zugzzwan inas i read many of the posts here i see people asking questions like "how much longer will it be till the wt is put out of business for killing people with their blood stand" or "how much longer can they keep up in light of all the scandals"?.
the simple answer is they can keep up perpetually because it is the money!
look the facts of the matter are that the wt is not so much a religion as it is a conglomeration.

Is this the beginning of the end?
by Stealth ini have been doing the fade for about a year now from the jw religion.. today i atteneded the service of a non-denominational church and my dub ex-wife's boss was there and saw me.. so i fully expect that by tomorrow that the local gestapo elders will be aware of the fact that i was at another church.
what do you want to bet i will be getting a shepherding call next week, even though i have not seen these loving bothers in many months.
what a joke!.

Here Goes
by KissAFish inhere goes...i left the jws, nearly 10 years ago..i was 16 when my hand was helped along by firstly getting kicked out my parents home, (my dad had been an elder but was stood down for various family issues..me being one...and my mum was a ferocious terrier of a doorknocker..) anyway, i as a child was conditioned to please...as all jws are, and thought id give it another go, so went to live with my sister and her family ( jws too)... lasted a year before i got into"worldly hands", and my sister kicked me out... so, i went to share with my brother ( at least he wasnt a jw now, my parents threw him out too)..and got to hear from my dad that mum was dying of cancer, she was terminal...my brother and i grappled with feelings as we still wanted to see our parents and yet constantly had this cloud of ..you not being a jw are killing your mother..and my mum would beg us to come back to the "truth" so we would "live forever", this was my only ever hesitation in leaving the "organization"..and the emotional blackmail that was laid on was enormous....i managed to sit with my mum during all of her chemo treatments( something my 2 jw sisters never did) and she would constantly beg me to come back..i held my ground though it hurt to see she truly thought i was evil and would die at armageddon..my brother bore and still does the worst of this guilt..i managed to hold my ground even after my mum died an excruciatingly painful death and my dad publicly disowned my brother and i...i went to counselling and was told how well i had coped... so i went on to study and meet a great guy..marry him..a catholic!!!
(wg)...but, listening to my brother, just recently... after he went on jw sites.
( he feels he has to have answers to all of it..).

When is a nutter going to get revenge?
by sleepy inwhen is a nutter going to get his revenge on the society?.
there are plenty of psychos out there who have become jw's.how long will it be before someone who has left the org and is mentally unstable is going to get revenge on the society?.
i think the gb should be worried for their lives, if someone gets into bethal with a gun or a bomb they could get blasted to smithereens.. i know it has happened at least twise.a bomb in a kingdom hall in austrailia and i think a fire in korea that killed a lot of witnesses.. but think of how violent the us is compared to a lot of countries and how easy gun accses is there.. it may not be a question of if , but when.

letter i have prepared, but not sent yet.. part of my recovery from the damaged caused from membership in the cult has been to be open and honest as to who i am, was and what i was involved in.. so i gave him the letter to read, and he gave it back today, two weeks later, and said:.
"i told my wife, if they ever come knocking at our door, tell them to leave, and if they won't, call the police".

What is you occupation
by Beans inim a liceinced electrician now working in wireless communication installations.i love the electrical industry,there is so much to learn and so many different things do work with and technology is always changing.never a boaring day especially when we are working in the office buildings downtown,chicks everywhere!.
