those that remember me, well, i'm doing ok, so far.. those that remember my wife, she passed away as of june 26th this year after a long battle with various health issues for the past 6 years.. thought i'd drop a note to say hello to everyone that knew me.. .

instead, the letter emphasizes the church's right to handle all child-abuse allegations and determine punishments in house rather than hand that power to civil authorities.. catholic officials in ireland declined requests for comment on the letter, which rte said it received from an irish bishop.. child-abuse activists in ireland said the 1997 letter should demonstrate, once and for all, that the protection of pedophile priests from criminal investigation was not only sanctioned by vatican leaders but ordered by them.

"they are just allegations and the government took them seriously," lemi added.. "for jehovah's witnesses, each one has his own responsibility whether he votes or not.

it's very disturbing and may cause triggers from those who are survivors of sexual abuse, so this is my warning to those that may be very sensitive to this issue as from what i have read, left a very powerful and raw sense of emotions while reading this...... wow, gave me a very powerful insight, i'm beginning to understand....although i do disagree some key points he has addressed, but sadden he's no longer with the living.

in the past, the clergy preached that unless one accepted responsibility for their actions and repented, they were still sinning.
so, in keeping with the tendency of todays mindset of deflecting blame, the pope stated that the churchs child sex-abuse scandal was a product of secular society where child abuse is commonplace.. pope benedict made his pronouncement at his traditional year-end address to cardinals and bishops of the vatican, and said that the exposure of abuse in 2010 had reached an unimaginable dimension forcing the church to accept the humiliation as a call for renewal.
