  some may remember the time when the private study edition of the wt wasn't to be made available to outsiders, and the df'd.. now, with the recent boe letter, sept 1, 2014, it specifically states that jw.org is making the km available even for df'd individuals.. do you sense a new trend developing?.

  long time, no posts.... .

  those that remember me, well, i'm doing ok, so far.. those that remember my wife, she passed away as of june 26th this year after a long battle with various health issues for the past 6 years.. thought i'd drop a note to say hello to everyone that knew me.. .

  instead, the letter emphasizes the church's right to handle all child-abuse allegations and determine punishments in house rather than hand that power to civil authorities.. catholic officials in ireland declined requests for comment on the letter, which rte said it received from an irish bishop.. child-abuse activists in ireland said the 1997 letter should demonstrate, once and for all, that the protection of pedophile priests from criminal investigation was not only sanctioned by vatican leaders but ordered by them.

  juba (reuters) jehovah's witnesses in a south sudan town have been harassed and expelled and a place of worship was burned down after it was alleged they had told voters not to take part in a secession referendum, members of the sect said.. members of the small minority christian group in sudan said the sect was wrongly accused of preventing its followers from taking part for religious reasons in the vote on sunday that will likely see the south secede.. the semi-autonomous southern government, formed after a 2005 peace deal, has faced criticism for rights abuses including harassing the press and opposition party members and widespread intimidation and fraud during april elections.. "they (the government) accused our brothers there that they were going from house to house telling people not to register and not to vote," taban jamba lemi, a jehovah's witness based in juba, told reuters late on friday.. "they are just allegations and the government took them seriously," lemi added.. "for jehovah's witnesses, each one has his own responsibility whether he votes or not.

  this letter, left by man who was sexually abused as a child, commited suicide after being unable to function in his life post molestation.

  it's very disturbing and may cause triggers from those who are survivors of sexual abuse, so this is my warning to those that may be very sensitive to this issue as from what i have read, left a very powerful and raw sense of emotions while reading this...... wow, gave me a very powerful insight, i'm beginning to understand....although i do disagree some key points he has addressed, but sadden he's no longer with the living.

  Feared Mexican drug lord was an ex-JW

  the mexican drug war has left more than 30,000 dead since december 2006, courtesy of drug cartels fighting between themselves and against the security forces to gain control of the lucrative smuggling routes to the usa.

  one of the most ruthless cartel is known as "la familia", a quasi-religious drug gang led by nazario moreno gonzalez (aka: el chayo); he was killed in a shootout with the federal police about 3 weeks ago.

  he preached his organization's "divine right" to torture and kill their rivals (decapitation or disolved in acid is quite common).. as it turns out, nazario moreno gonsalez was an ex-jw who used his recruiting skills to adoctrinatepeople into working as gunmen and vested them with the "divine justice" to kill cartel rivals.

  one criticism (god, that word reminds me of the tms) was that my other videos weren't boring enough to match what it's really like as a jw, i think i've captured it a bit better in this video.. also, it's meant to be fairly non offensive because i hope jw's can take a sneaky peak.
