Thank you Perry. You are indeed a fine brother, very much unlike the antitypical chaffling class and it's forebearers; "the wheatling anti-chaff like pre-typical foregleamence initiates of the 3rd century ce. Not only that, you have a nice ass.

Perry,
Ahhhh yes. Your words are indeed like parched fondlings on a brisk meadow. Your explanation reminds me of the antitypical, pantheistic, subterfuge, and it's atypical fulfillment in AD 200, which of course was initiated by the pro-typical anti-type of Jesuiah, or it's minor post-typical, emergence of haphazardry. Either way, more winsome words have not beseeched my ears on this day.
Thanks,

My list of 32 questions-Part A
by Goldminer inthe following is the first 15 questions that i handed over to the elder that was over at my house on the 24th of august.i will post part b as soon as i can.feel free to comment on any question.. where does the bible make such statements:.
1.that god has an "organization" on earth and uses a governing body to direct it?.
2.that the "faithful and discreet slave"is a "class" composed of only certain christians and that it operates through a governing body?.

All they have to do is explain ONE single scripture. The one in Matthew where it talks about the "Faithful Discreet Slave" giving us our food at the proper time. You see, everything you mentioned above IS scriptural, because the "Slave" has been been commissioned to "interpret" the meaning or message intended from the Bible.
A good witness will tell you; "Well, it doesn't say anything about not smoking crack cocaine in the Bible, but we know it's wrong to do so". etc. etc. etc. Concentrate on dispelling the "Slave" crap, and then you are in business. But it can, and has, become a runaround type of thing. You say; "How come it doesn't say anything in the Bible about such and such, and yet you guys say we have to do it?" They say; "Well we know that the FDS has Jehovahs' backing, so they are entrusted by Jah to interpret things for us". You say; "How do we know that Jehovah has entrusted the leaders of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society to be this Slave you speak of?" They say; "Because of their correct interpretation of scripture" You say; "But how do we know for sure that the Watchtower leaders' interpretation is correct?" They say; "Because THEY are the Faithful Slave Class entrusted by Jehovah!".........etc. etc. etc.
You are then on the "Witness Whirlpool" where real logic is forsaken in lieu of a closed mind and a life that is destined to suck big time.

Is the bible inspired?
by jwfacts ini am trying to determine if it can be proved that the bible is inspired, and was wondering if most people here believe it is or is not.. i am writing a document on proof of inspiration, but it has ended up more of an article that shows the bible can not be proven to be inspired.
i will be interested in what people think about it when it is finished.
however i am worried that posting such an article may alienate those on jwd that believe the bible to be gods word.

According to the Bible God’s love and eternal life are conditional.
No. According to the witnesses Gods' love is conditional. I could site scriptures where it clearly says Gods' love is unconditional. It's religions twisted interpretations of scriptures that they like to make it seem Gods' love is conditional.
JCanon: I always enjoy your posts.

Disgusting thing = WTS
by hamsterbait injeremiah 1:10 : " see, today i appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and over throw, to build and to plant.".
does anyone else remember the talk at the dc about 1978, 79 where they said that the 'jeremiah class' would play the part of a spearhead that brings down christendom?.
since the disgusting thing stands in a place holy to christendom, this must mean that it is disgusting to her.

I do believe that the Watchtower is a "disgusting thing" though.

I believe that the "disgusting thing" referred to in the scriptures, is merely a reference to things going on at that time, or in the near future from when it was written.
If God really wanted us to follow everything in the bible,I don't think He would have made it so hard to ascertain the meaning of the scriptures, and lead us into such speculation. It seems it's tough enough trying to do all the things that we are supposedly "commanded" to do, in the scriptures, no less having to figure out what the heck we ARE supposed to do. IMHO

a bunch of old crackers
I hope to become an old cracker someday, so I take offense to that remark. And I happen to be annointed too, in the Church of Latter Day Apostate Saints.
