Yes, I wasn't suggesting I use that method, it was a reply to those who suggested I use what has been used on me. That worked for me as it was a predominently sexual relationship and she knew it was gauranteed to put a smile on my face. In fact I haven't had sex with the current girl even though we've slept in the same bed after each date - the fact she is not the slightest bit interested in sex is one of the reasons I want to end it.

IMO, the best is the most straight-forward. Remain tactful and kind, but honest and direct.

There's plenty of ways to end the relationship.

After moving and changing all your contact info, send her a fax, email, or leave her a voicemail.
Same as above, but don't bother notifying her.
Tell her you've decided to be gay.
Start acting like an asshole. Pick your nose in public. She'll dump you.
Download some barnyard porn and show it to her, telling her you think it's hot.

Be very afraid if the above suggestions don't work.

Tell her you're going to join the JW cult and you can only be with a JW.

I did that when I joined the JWs, and it didn't go over very well. I would have been better off sending a fax. W
