Have you changed your mind about ABORTION?

I am not into religion anymore but I think abortion is wrong. I cannot morally justify to put 'choice' above 'life'. [There might be rare medical indications, though.) So, no real change in that matter.

As a Witnes I thought life began at conception and abortion was murder

But even the WTS says that aborted fetuses won't get a ressurection. So there is a difference between life in the womb and life outside the womb!

Well, if the WTS said it, it's got to be true then.

Aside from the standard brainwashing I recieved as a dub that abortion was evil, since I was out and have the option of thinking for myself I have been pro-choice. As with most topics, abortion is not a simple black and white subject.

Personally I have no desire to have children ever and have the vasectomy to ensure that I never do. I have done my part, IMO it's a woman's right to make the decision that is right for her, no matter what that decision may be.

LOL, at least that was truth a few years ago!

I was pro-life, now I am pro-choice. As for abortion being murder, so is bringing a child into the world unwanted, unloved and having their spirit murdered slowly over years of neglect and resentment. I don't judge anyone who makes a choice to end a pregnancy they know they cannot or do not want. There are enough unloved children in this world as it.

Hmmmm. I'm sure you're right but I cannot find any reference to this.

    Anyone?

Very well put SS. I have to agree based on my observations of generational wellfare families (there are alot in Idaho) and various friends. Bringing an unwated child into the world seems much more cruel to me than abortion based on the fact that you are causing decades (if they live that long) of damage to another human.

We aren't saying that unloved children would be better off dead? I'm sure there are many that go on to live very happy lives, they shouldn't be punished for their parents being douche-bags!
