In all seriousness, back in 1975, working up to the Fall and the impending Big A, my mother had all of us kids keep backpacks packed and at the ready in our bedroom closets. So it's not a new thought.
I'm not Mormon but I am working on building up supplies. But it's because last Fall, the winds from Hurricane Ike came through here and our town was without power for 7-10 days, and it was pure hell. I'd like to be in a position to just slide right through if something like that happens again.
