If Obama is eventually found to be ineligible to serve as POTUS, what will happen? Will his presidential term/s be voided?
No, nothing will happen. The Consitution has no mechanism to screen/qualify the natural born status of a candidate and no judicial consequences that I am aware of, for obtaining the office of Potus under false pretenses. He could be impeached for lying, but as I have pointed out, others may have lied publicly, but not Obama. Birth certificates were not the norm back in 1789- home births were, so it is apparently up to the voters to discern the right of a candiate to hold a political office. The stolen SS# ( if this is the case) is another matter- we are talking criminal sanctions for this one.
The birthers do look like bumbling fools most of the time, but even Inspector Clouseau gets his man in the end.
