No JW elder would use language like this from the platform [...] On the other hand, I cannot imagine in what reasonable context those two words could be mistaken and recorded as the real language.
Hey james, I have the opinion that the elders words were not mistranscribed, but more of an actual "slip" on the elders part. The letter he was reading was making him extremely angry, at least that's what it seemed like to me. He kept repeating the obvious CULT language over and over:
"Sorry, I’ll start that sentence again. Such Bible study activity is part of a publisher’s personal ministry and the publisher is not a representative or a volunteer of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Australia."
The man that is reading the letter cannot believe his own mouth. For an organization like the Watchtower who boast about their billions of hours (on the backs of the R&F) of service to this planet and then go and command them to not consider themselves a representative of the Watchtower? The utter contempt that the elder must have felt for his leaders. Utter disillusionment is the only human response possible when put in charge of that kind of circus. The reason why he was repeating it so much was because he likely knew he was being recorded, or that he was just yelling at anyone in earshot "THIS IS STRAIGHT FROM THE HORSES MOUTH! THEY ARE A CULT! GET THE &^%$ OUT!" without facing the spiritual guillotine.
The mad man dictator often gets shot by one of his own trusted men whos just trying to stop his mad rage on his own people.
