New Chapter! Really! I was just attacking atheists???!!!! LOL!

Nonsense! You don't believe that aguest's visions come from God?

Fine! no problem! Who cares what you believe? Not me! Can't you read? Not only can you believe or not as you fancy, but we'll support you in that right!

No believer is attacking you. I am just surprised that a meaningless thread, meaningless because its very title posits a theory that wil not stand up to scientific or logical proof, is still running to the tune of fourteen pages.

However, I'm going to leave you to play amongst yourselves in this meaningless activity, where the atheists are saying "we want to fight" and "you believers are trying to fight" and the non atheists merely have raised eyebrows in surprise that is. Rather ill-judged, because continuous evidence is that however patiently and in whatever words those who have a belief are saying "you can believe what you like, we don't mind what you believe", you don't hear, and you won't hear, whatever we say.

Thus, the silly thread is meaningless, and a waste of time.

LOL, Char, you have become so very hostile over these last few weeks. That's okay, but I thought reinvigorated faith was supposed to help calm that some. Anyway, I know you will see it as you do, and I'm good with that. I do hope you find some peace with whatever bone you have with me. I don't mean that in the post by rote, sincerely yours, kind of way. If you'd like to pm me and tell what exactly I, in particular, have done, I am open to that. Or don't. I can't figure it out on my own, so I will leave the decision with you. I've already pointed out that my issue is your constant accusations cloaked in the very thing you are accusing some of.

If somebody has pm'd me, you should check your pm's.

but while I do find it sad, in the sense that I am sorry that things are currently so with you, it really is entirely YOUR affair, Cofty.

Chariklo - Why do you feel sorry?

the silly thread is meaningless, and a waste of time.

Well, not exactly, dear Char (peace to you, dear one!): it's raining here and hubby and dogs are napping until we venture out later (to run errands in anticipation of next week)... so it's keeping me... mmmmmm... "occupied" for the time being. I mean, okay, probably not the BEST use of my time today, but certainly not a waste. I mean, look what HAS come out... particularly on this thread, girl...

You should try brevity sometime, it takes more effort than rhetoric but you could get the hang of it with practice

Now THAT you and I can agree on, C. In all respects. Too busy to try right now, but I do intend to get around to it one day. So, thanks for the reminder!

Here's the thing, Still: I try to make it a habit to keep my... mmmmm... association... with people who make little or no sense to me at all to a minimum. If at all. I do this because (1) my love for them shouldn't be dictated on whether I understand them or not, but (2) I know myself... how frustrated I can get... and how my words might show that frustration. So, in order to continue in LOVE... I must "make [my] foot rare" with such ones. Please, then, consider this when you begin to understand how I communicate with you... and why I must stop. Unlike my recent exchanges with dear NC (peace!)... I really no longer see a benefit in exchanging with you. While NC and I may not be on the same page, perhaps not even in the same book... your comments suggest to me that you and I aren't even in the same city, let alone in the same library. Not only do we obviously not speak the same language, I don't think we even have the same means for speaking - our respective "vocal chords" seem to be entirely different, so that when I try to listen to you... no, that's not the TRUTH: I stopped listening to you a long, long time ago, actually. I just forgot that. I remember that I did, now, thanks to your recent posts - nothing's changed to make me want to listen, so... thank you, truly, for reminding me of that.

    A slave of Christ,

    mmmmm

What does that mean? Why do you and tec add this into your posts? Does it add to what you are trying to tell us? Is it some sort of strange stutter that your fingers do when you type? Will you start to type other bodily functions while you write? How will you spell them? I'm kinda looking forward to seeing what else you do that tec will also start to do. It's funny to watch.

I also say 'y'all' now on these forums. That is from listening to americans (some from here, some from work who show up, some from movies ). I never said " y'all " before coming to this site though. I said it once at work last week, and everyone had a chuckle, because it's american. We have an Australian at work now, and though it only really happens when i talk to him, i sometimes pick up his words or phrases. But then, i'm not around him much, but I bet if I was, I might call people 'mate'. My aunt is from New Zealand. Spend some time around her, and I probably pick up some of her quirks or phrases. My family is from NFLD. My mother lives here in Alberta, but after a couple years back in NFLD, she was speaking like a newfie again.

So what exactly is your point?

    Peace,

    tammy
