Perhaps you already forgot the point of the thread, where failing to warn others and explain that the fate of their eternal soul (and even YOURS) depends on their behavior, since the punishment is to be shared by YOU, as well?

    I did not forget.

One warns out of love, and shares for the same reason, as one is given to warn and/or share. And if others choose not to heed that warning, or even investigate it themselves... that is on them. You don't need to keep beating them over the head, and you sure don't need to force conversions, etc. Then YOU become the person who might NEED a warning, lol.

Cofty (and uncantknowme)... regarding 'worship'... consider that what people thought to be "fasting" was never meant to be 'groveling in the dirt', any more than worship is meant to be groveling, but as 'fasting' was meant rather ti be loosening the chains of injustice and feeding the poor, and given rest to the weary, etc (Isaiah 58:6). Showing love, in other words, for God... by showing love to those HE loves (friend AND foe)

    Peace,

I have evidence - I don't have faith - Oh I do have faith, which is the evidence .......

I'm going to bow out and leave Tammy and Ucantnome to talk in circles to each other.

They don't really care, as far as they are concerned what they're doing is going to " save themselves ", by virtue of what their religious

    spiritual seers have told them.

Thats why people stick with JWS, there's always that possibility if they leave they will get killed for doing so.

The preponderance of fear and guilt placed onto people and to their psychological subconsciouses locks people to stay with their religious

    group they've immersed themselves into.

ie. ... the reason most JWs stay within the organization, as well the posible blight from their family and social peers.

i think you need to reread what i said.

    I did, it didn't help.

You need to explain it better.

I am stunned that I used to pray for god to kill billions of men, women and children.

It is necesary to de-humanise people in order to think this way. Speak about them as "the world" is a good start. We have seen exactly the same way of thinking from christians on this thread.

In the case with JWS they are so indoctrinated to think that they are really practicing true Christianity by virtue of god's

earthly organization (WTS.) they've become forcibly arrogant and self righteous that they've got the right religion to save

themselves where other Christian followers do not.

When it comes to ones own survival, others retain little significance and importance.

Remaining righteous by design of the Watchtower publishing House is the utmost importance to them.

Yes people are really that cold, indifferent and apathetic.

    Did you?

    I never have.

So you will understand when I (or others) have said that you do not understand them, or their faith, even though you say that you used to be the same.

    Did you?

Yes as a JW not as a christian.

Of course as you like to boast you "think too much to have ever been a JW".

Putting "peace" at the end of snarky posts is such BS.

Gotcha. I did wonder what evangelical teaches a person to pray for the death of anyone, much less billions.

But see... following that you made this statement. Since I do not pray for the death of anyone, or dehumanise anyone... and I don't know who else on this thread is doing that... then you can understand my confusion in just what it is you THINK you're talking about. Oh, and I never boasted in anything. I simply answered your false accusations that I, as a believer, do NOT think. You always "forget" that part. None of my posts in this discussion (including the one that seems to have annoyed you, that I assume you think is snark) has been made in snark. Not even a little bit. Peace, tammy
