Are most people just plain stupid?

  I agree that we should kill this, but I feel that there is nothing wrong with using the word stupid. I mean some believers say that I'm going to burn in hell forever, what's wrong with calling them stupid? In comparison it's not as bad, is it?

  I'm going to distance myself from my original statements by saying that there is a difference between saying someone has stupid beliefs and saying that they are stupid.

  And, yes, some beliefs are stupid.

  I suppose there is nothing wrong with it....if you want to be like what you assert to be better than...but then again I am speaking with someone who appears to find merit in being rude...

  astrology, new-age beliefs, creationism, militant nationalism, irrational views of self and others.

  Could it be people who perhaps subscribe to some of these beliefs??? These beliefs that were called stupid...
