Why are you so concerned with my well being? I'm here once in a while because I want to be. Today I felt I could be of some help to your wife, but it is obvious that is a ruse on your part. I doubt she ever sees this site.

Such a funny little man. Do you have to slam people when it gets hot and heavy for you? I think so.

Mrs.J ... why are calling gringojj a funny little man? I at least have enough respect for him not to call him insulting names.

In case you foolishly were directing your bad manners at me ... I am a woman.

AFIN is showing a traditional jw reaction.

If the questions touch an issue she can't deal with, the anger and frustration takes over.

It is a "if you keep asking things I can not answer and support= screw you."

Never is it a real conversation. It is always indoctrination.

I stand corrected: You, Afin, are a funny little woman.

AFIN, if I were to describe the questions that my husband posed to the elders, could you provide a justification for their inaction?

Your feeble attempt to make me feel bad because hubby may be cheating is absolutely laughable!!!

Wow. I dont know what to say other than am i talking to a wall? The hubby cheating thing was an analogy as to why people dont answer questions and are afraid to find the truth if they know its a fact. It had nothing to do with making you feel bad. AFIN my wife has never been baptised and shes 26 years old so for all of her 26 years she hasnt been fully into the wts so im not sure where her heart and roots really are. I guess i get kind of bewildered by the way you completely go off topic and miss the point of things AFIN but maybe that is deliberate.

jgnat ... no. It is impossible. We would be hearing your side only (not that you would slant it), but it is natural to see things in a one sided manner where our loved ones are concerned. That is why there are usually two or three elders to hear from anyone with a serious question. Your hubby has the recourse to go to other elders if he is not satisfied.
